KEY INFORMATION:

Lady Jane is a half born child. People that go more than a day without seeing her again will begin to lose their memory of her. How long it takes for all memories to completely vanish depends on how strong the relationship was. Weaker relationships take less time.

HOW HER HANDS WORK:

Lady Jane cannot change the state of objects. E.g. she cannot wipe dust off of objects, apply creams to her body, melt snow in her hand, etc. To do these things, she would have to use another object e.g a dusting brush for example above. In short, she cannot use her hands directly. Anybody holding her hand will not feel it. She does not even fully feel her hands.

Her hands look slightly transparent under light and also sparkle. Her hands will never get dirty unless she picks up dirt. Touching a dirty object will not transfer dirt/germs. Lady Jane can still pick up or rest her hands on objects. Tapping her fingers or hitting her hand will not make a sound.

Wearing gloves allows her to do whatever she needs. However, it feels extremely uncomfortable and resurfaces bad memories, so she does not wear gloves unless she is in public.

Lady Jane is not a ghost and cannot turn invisible or go through objects. Her hands and hair are the only abnormal visible features she has. She is also weightless.
