{Quest} Phoenix's Upon a Treasure Map on Viridian

As the two climbed into the boat Phoenix noticed a small bag “I wonder what’s in this” as he looked through the bag he found some stuff but nothing that good “eh do you think we should keep this stuff Akuma?” “hm I think so as you never know what could happen and they could be useful in the future, anyway sit down and ill push the boat off and we can head towards the mountain” “alright” so Phoenix floated down till he was no longer floating over the boat but sitting down “alright hold on tight” Akuma then stepped into the boat and pushed it off with his tails then sat down “alright we are off it should be a smooth ride” the two started just looking at their surroundings taking in everything they were seeing “it sure is a lovely day isn’t it Akuma” “yea nothing seems to be wrong and they are no ‘evil birds’ attacking us” Akuma said as he snickered “you’re never going to let that go are you…” Phoenix shyly asked “nope and I’m so telling Sachi when we get home” “DON’T YOU DARE, SHE WILL NEVER LET ME LIVE IT DOWN EITHER” Phoenix then looked away from Akuma and looked at the water when suddenly the boat got a little bit rocky “um something doesn’t seem right” “your right Phoenix hang on let me have a look at the water” as Akuma leaned over to have a look at the water his eyes widened “Phoenix the river is speeding up” “is that bad” “yes that’s bad!” they both then clung to the boat as it got worse “I’m starting to think we shouldn’t of gotten in this boat” Phoenix said looking a little sick from the amount the boat was moving around “I’m sure we will be fine Phoenix we just got to keep a calm mind, also you can just float away just leave me ill be fine” Akuma smiled at Phoenix “no way I’m leaving you, we are in this together plus its my fault we are here in the first place” Akuma noticed Phoenix was looking his grip a little and even though he knew Phoenix would be fine as he could just float he grabbed onto Phoenix with his tails “fine ill hold onto you so we don’t separate” Phoenix nodded back as he was a little too scared Phoenix then proceeded to look up ahead and his eyes winded “u-um Akuma” “yes what is it Phoenix?” Akuma turned to look at Phoenix and saw Phoenix pointing up ahead so turned to look where Phoenix was pointing and saw a dark cave entrance up ahead “oh no Phoenix we are just going to have to hold on tighter and hope we will be alright” Phoenix grip tighten on one of Akuma’s tail, the water got worse as they got closer to the cave Akuma was holding onto the boat with his paws and some of his tails while his other tails were holding onto Phoenix next thing they knew they were just outside of the cave.
