Lucille Diana Esprit was born to an angel and a demon who fell in love, of course this love was forbidden and at the sight of Lucy's existence her parents were killed. Lucy was spared though, but not truly. She was dropped from the sky where she landed on the doorstep of an unsuspecting human family's home. This family already had 2 children, and were hoping to have another, but they didn't seem to appreciate the gift that had come their way. They really hated Lucy for everything about her that was different from them. Constantly reminding her from the start that she wasn't truly a member of their family, and that she was being done a great favor by being allowed to live there.

Lucy had two siblings, a girl named Tara who was 2 years older than her, and a boy named Mark who was 4 years older than her. Neither of her siblings were very nice to her, but she managed to get by anyway. Her parents signed her up for a place called Doulerra Academy to get her out of their hair, and she often stayed in a dorm there. She started in second grade at age 7, and met a demon girl named Ella. They automatically clicked and soon became best friends. They even shared a dorm.

Lucy was always different, there weren't too many halfbreeds at the academy, and half demon half angels were seen as a disgrace by many of the more popular kids there. But Lucy always had a few friends that were there to help her out, her friend group was as non toxic and amazing as ever, and to get rid of the bad stigma she had associated with the name Lucy, she started to go by DiDi since Diana was her middle name. Lucy always reffered to herself as 1/2 demon, 1/2 angel and 100% awkward. But that's who Lucy was, she wasn't anyone fancy or posh she was her wonderful awkward self.

Lucy is still at Doulerra, and rarely visits her family, she loves the place she is in and really wouldn't ask for anything more.
