Home Early

Jr and his dad were watching the T.V. when they heard a knock at their door. It was late, and Jr had just finished his homework. What was this all about? Player looked from the door to his son, and smiled at him.

“Just who could that be, Jr?” He said, and stood up from beside him to answer the door. Jr watched him move over to the door, and peeked over the back of the couch to watch whoever came in.

“Honey!” Reck laughed as the door opened, and wrapped his big ol’ arms around his punk husband. Player giggled, and let go of the door to hug him back. Jr’s eyes widened. His other dad was very busy as the champion, which meant that he wasn’t able to come home on time too often. The boy jumped up from his seat and ran over.

“Papa!” Jr yelled excitedly, and came running to hug his dad. Reck looked over, and smiled even wider. He got on his knees so he could catch him and hug him at his level. Reck groaned when Jr ran full force into him and wrapped his arms around his back.

“My boy! I haven’t seen you in so long!” Reck laughed, and kissed his son’s forehead in an over-the-top, ridiculous, ‘mmmwwwwwwwah!’ way. Jr giggled, smacking his dad’s face with his teeny hands. “How’s my favorite son doing?”

“Im your ONLY son!” Jr said, but laughed and hugged his dad again anyway. “I went to school today.”

Jr talked to his dad about his day while Player closed the door. In fact, Jr and Reck talked about their days until it was his bedtime, and Player tucked his son into bed. Player giggled at his son.

“Didja have a good day, buddy?” he said. Jr smiled sleepily.

“Yes, dada. The best day.” Player smiled at his son, and kissed his forehead.

“Good. Now you go on to bed.”
