the graceful blue dahlia sat with her loving magnolia, holding onto her gingerly, fingers laced together, on the stone alter of their devotion. emerald leaves surrounded them, all made more beautiful by the setting pink sun on their faces, the flowers together glowing with near holy light. they kissed softly, sweetly, taking in each others warmth and presence, making sure to memorize how the other felt, how they made each other feel. as much as they could wish to stay like this forever, they knew the sun would still set, and the time would come to leave, though always they would be in the hearts of each other no matter the distance, no matter the plane.

bunny knew the dream would end soon, but with all her heart and soul, she didnt want to leave dollies arms, holding each other in the warm setting sunlight. she squeezed dollies hand gently, letting go to cup her face, looking at her with puppy-dog eyes.

"i love you so much...i dont want to leave you again."

dollie reached up to cup bunnys face as well, her hands soft and warm. she leaned into the touch.

"you dont have to, darling. ill always be here with you."

she pulled bunny in for what could be the softest kiss shes ever recieved, gentle and so full of care.

"i love you. dont you ever forget."

bunnys eyes filled with tears, and she hugged dollie tightly, holding her as if she would die again, gone forever if she let go. they stayed like that with the soft breeze, warm sun, and birds chirping to comfort them, until bunny slowly woke up.

she stared at the ceiling in silence, wiping tears from her eyes before sitting up and grabbing her journal. she stared at her door for just a moment, getting up out of bed after deciding to leave the room. she dressed quickly without a care for how she looked and moved to the basement, wanting to stay with her only love while she wrote, sitting down and getting to work in her dream journal.
