Hi wuwu!

You asked me to write, so here you go! I really don't get why I can't just message you, considering you got me a replier and everything, but I guess letters are fun too.

I just arrived in Ichorrai, but I'm planning to head right back out to see the nearby ruins as soon as I grab some supplies. I can't believe you and roo come here on business trips all the time and never told me how beautiful it is! I've seen pictures of the terraces and pools of course, but it's such a different experience to see it all in person. There's something so exciting about being surrounded by people and all their bustling lives and conversations - I could just squeeze into a crowd and listen all day. From your descriptions I almost expected I'd have to dodge burglars left and right, but everyone I've talked to has been so friendly and helpful. I've learned so much just by wandering around in the markets talking to people, and I even got offered a few great deals!

I know I agreed to tell you exactly where I'm staying, but guess what, that was before you broke your promise and sent a bodyguard after me! (Or was that roo? Well, they'll probably see this letter too, so same difference.) I can't believe you would do this to me. We've gone over this! I'm an adult now and I can take care of myself. I don't need a big old rrex shadowing my every move, especially one who won't even chat with me when I try to be friendly. Too bad, but you've underestimated me - it was a breeze to slip into a crowd and shake them off, and I'm halfway across the city by now. Maybe you'll get an address when you call off the search and show some trust in me for once.

Still, I know you're just worried about me. I can't be mad at you for that, especially since you've already compromised so much. Thank you so much for letting me go on this journey! I talked a big game before about needing to travel to learn about the world or whatever, but I'm just now starting to understand just what a huge and complicated task that is. I feel like I've finally taken the first big step to becoming a great Composer just like you, and I promise I won't let you down.
