Species/Group Rules
Chat room and forum warning system
-DigiDolls operate on a warning system. This system applies to minor offenses such as causing disruptions in public spaces, begging, guilt tripping, etc. Extreme offenses will result in an immediate blacklist without warning.
- One warning = One week cooldown. You may not sell, trade, gift, or obtain any DigiDolls or MYOs for one week.
- Five warnings = One month cooldown. You may not sell, trade, gift, or obtain any DigiDolls or MYOs for one month.
- Nine warnings = Three month cooldown. You may not sell, trade, gift, or obtain any DigiDolls or MYOs for three months.
- Ten warnings = Permanent blacklist
-DigiDolls, while also operating on this warning system, reserve the right to immediately blacklist without warning in extreme situations.
General
-We (DigiDoll staff) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
-"AU" designs must all be kept together if transferred to another user, this is to prevent design duplication/splitting.
-DigiDolls may NOT be used for commercial use, this includes vtubers, merch, etc.
-You may NOT resell a DigiDoll for money if you have obtained it via MYO event, raffle, gift, or trade.
Designs
-Designs must adhere to the proper trait rarity.
-DigiDolls cannot “crossbreed” with other closed species.
MYOs
-DO NOT PUBLICLY POST UNAPPROVED MYOS. WAIT UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVED AND ADDED TO THE MASTERLIST.
-MYOs are always free. Do not buy MYOs secondhand, just wait until the next event.
-You MUST have an official DigiDoll MYO ticket to design a DigiDoll
-If you are making an already existing design into a DigiDoll, you must have permission from the original designer.
-You can get someone else to design your DigiDoll, but be sure they are aware of the traits, rules, and are willing to change the design if necessary. If the MYO event has a deadline, be sure they are aware of this and are willing to work under the deadline.
-Being MYOs are free, you may only trade or gift them. Users found to be selling DigiDoll MYO tickets risk being blacklisted.
-When designing a MYO, do not steal or trace other users' character designs or artwork.
-When designing a MYO, the character may NOT be based off of any real person.
Voided designs
-Only MYOs you have made yourself can be voided. Mod designs and MYOs designed by other users may not be voided.
-Voided designs may not be brought back into the species under any circumstance.
-Voided designs may not be advertised as a DigiDoll.
-To void a design, please message a staff member with the void form completely filled out.
Redesigns
-When redesigning a DigiDoll, please be sure to keep the redesign at least 70% similar to the original design. This means you can only change 30% of the design.
-Redesigns are judged on a case-by-case basis.
-Be sure to have permission from the original designer to redesign a DigiDoll.
-You cannot add or change traits when redesigning a DigiDoll.
-Additions such as outfits do not count as a redesign, but piercings and tattoos do.
-If your redesign is too extreme, you will be asked to change it, please understand this before finishing your redesign!
-DigiDolls may not be whitewashed in redesigns. This could potentially result in blacklisting from the species.
Character transfers
-You may not under any circumstances transfer a DigiDoll to someone on either dork or the species' blacklist.
-You may not transfer a DigiDoll to someone who does not have a toyhou.se account.
-DO NOT TRADE/SELL/TRANSFER DIGIDOLLS ON AMINO.
-When transferring, please be sure to fill out the character transfer form.
Appraisal
- You must have your DigiDoll appraised before you can sell it. This is to prevent scamming and price inflation.
-MYO tickets will not be appraised because they are always free.
- For your DigiDoll to be properly appraised, you must provide a list of:
• All included commissions and their prices
• All included personal art and it's worth
• Purchase price of adopt (if applicable)
• Purchase price of custom (if applicable)
DigiDoll design TOS
-DigiDolls may NOT be split into multiple characters. This includes redesigns, siblings, etc, please do not split one design into multiple.
-There is currently NO cooldown on trading/selling/gifting DigiDoll MYOs or premades. As long as you are properly updating the masterlist, there should be no issue. Please note this may change in the future.
-All sales are final, meaning no refunds.
-Payments must be made within 48 hours. If payment has not been received after 48 hours, the design/slot may be resold.
-Blacklisted users may not be traded, sold, or given a DigiDoll for any reason. This will result in the user giving them the DigiDoll to also be blacklisted.
Harassment and hate speech
-0 TOLERANCE!
-Harassment of any kind will NOT be tolerated.
-Hate speech of any kind will NOT be tolerated.
-Hate speech includes but is NOT limited to:
- Derogatory use of slurs
- Discrimination based on race, sexuality, gender, disability, etc
-If a user is found to be harassing any person, they will be blacklisted and their DigiDoll will be voided.
-Same applies to hate speech.
NSFW
-Do not post NSFW content in public DigiDoll spaces.
-This includes but is not limited to:
- Nudity (artistic or not)
- Porn
- Suggestive content (if you're unsure whether something is suggestive or not, DON'T POST IT!)
-Female AND male nipples must be censored
Gore and triggering content
-IRL gore, blood, bruises, vomit, etc may NOT be posted in DigiDoll spaces.
-Artistic gore must be posted behind a spoiler with an adequate content warning
-"Gore" includes but is not limited to:
- guts
- blood
- cuts
- exposed bone
- excessive bruises
-Triggering content (self harm, suicidal themes, etc) may not be posted in DigiDoll spaces.
Forums
-Please keep forum posts on topic. Unrelated posts will be deleted.
-Keep posts respectful, hateful posts will be deleted and you may receive a strike or blacklist.
-Do not spam forums.
