1] Follow the trait guides and MYO & redesign rules
2] Do not use the Crabpups tag to sell off-brand adopts; do not trick people
into thinking they are valid Crabpups
3] You will be blacklisted from the species if you do any of the following:
✦ Trick users into buying unofficial Crabpups
✦ Claim the species as your own.
✦ Claim designs as your own (unless they are a myo designed by you.)
✦ Purposefully starting drama, harassing others, or evading bans
4] All rights to the species belong to Mixpixi
5] Owning a Crabpup allows you to:
✦ Choose name, gender, sexuality, and lore (as long as the lore doesn't conflict heavily with the Crabpup lore.)
✦ Do minor changes to their design.
✦ Dictate who can and can't draw them.
✦ Sell them for a reasonable price that isn't over their value.
6] When redesigning a Crabpup, you cannot make extreme changes. refer to MYO & redesign rules for more info.
7] Only staff and guest artists can make Crabpup adopts.
8] Flatsale, ota, or bta payments must be sent in 1 day, and art offers must be completed in 2 weeks unless a hold is allowed by the artist.
9] Items must be bought with Deviantart points or obtained in events.
10] You cannot negotiate prices on staff adopts. You also cannot bid if you do not have the funds available. Backing out of any adopts will result in a 1 week ban from staff adopts.
11] There is a 48 hour cooldown for trading Crabpups. They must be on the masterlist to be traded.
12] Crabpups can only be sold for their base value or current value, any bigger amounts are prohibited. They can, however, be sold for less.
13] It is your responsibility to check if a Crabpup is on the masterlist. if you get scammed, there isn't much we can do to help.
14] Do not create multiple accounts to participate in events or MYO sales.
15] Do not delete the toyhouse profile of a crabpup!!!
