Mentally speaking, Corvus is dealing with a severe depression that's only gotten worse as they've fallen further into the magical practice. The villagers sometimes comment on how they almost never see the mortician smile, if ever, and they never seem to truly enjoy their work. Physically, the Dark Matter given to them by the Allfather has continued to deteriorate the sorcerer's health, thus they are running on limited time. Aside from that, he only drinks occassionally - mostly for ceremonies.

Corvus is extremely private, so their body language reflects it. They doesn't give any indication of what they're thinking, thus making them almost statue-like. Arms often are crossed or in their pockets as a means of creating a metaphorical barrier between themselves and the outside world, and their stare is quite intense.

Even if he trusts someone, they're still not very relaxed. At most, their face and voice will seem softer when they talk to that trusted individual, but only when no one else is around.

Coughing

They try to keep it under control, but are often seen coughing as if they have some sort of respirtory disease. It's a side effect of their deteriorating health, caused by the Dark Matter in their lungs, but they tell people it's just allergies.

Counting Everything

A habit more from his craft than anything. Everything has to be accounted for, so he's often seen checking things over. He's quick about it, at least.

Mumbling

He has a tendency to think out loud, and so is often seen mumbling about something quietly to himself. The few times someone's asked what he said and he actually repeated it to be heard, they backed away pretty quickly.

WAY OF SPEAKING:

Generally quite formal, but simplistic; the way they talk speaks of a high level of education, which is supported by their profession. They're one of few words, really only speaking whenever its neccessary unless they're talking to their familiar(s). Has a habit of using metaphors to best describe things.

SWEARS?:

Yes, freely and without concern. The only time they don't is when they're currently in a ceremony for the mortuary, giving instructions to someone, or otherwise is in some important matter. Most often, it's out of some form of irritation, which occurs easily.

QUIRKS:

He has a slight but indescribable accent. No one really knows where it comes from, and seems to be impossible to place its source. When asked, he says he never notices it.
