- Payment through PayPal invoice
- Please pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The slot or design be transferred to your account upon payment completion. Not paying within the allotted time can result in penalties.
- During monthly slot sales, slots available in exchange for BOLTZ are unlimited and do not influence the number of slots being sold.

CODE OF CONDUCT

MECKAFiSH are for users ages 16+ only. Users found to be under 16 upon joining will be promptly banned
You don’t need to own a MECKAFiSH in order to join the world and server/participate in events!
Please respect any decisions made by the staff and those associated!

PENALTIES

Doing any of these can result in receiving a penalty in the form of a strike

Failing to pay for an official design or MYO slot in a timely fashion
Breaking any of the Discord conduct rules
Engaging with the community and its events with a design that has not been approved
Failing to resolve interpersonal conflicts efficiently. (i.e propagating issues with other members in a public space as opposed to immediately contacting an admin)
Prolonged “arguing” with the staff on any matter.

BANNING/BLACKLISTING

Doing Any of these can result in an immediate blacklisting without dispute.

Exceeding 3 penalties received from breaking any of our provided TOS above
Being reported engaging in scamming, cheating, or fraudulent behavior during your time as a member of the community
Engaging in Harassment towards any members for any reason
Saying, supporting, or promoting hateful or discriminatory messaging of any kind. (This includes racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, antisemitism, etc. )
distribution of sexually explicit content where minors may be subject to view it (MKFSH discord, deviantart group, the lorekeeper website, or toyhouse without proper content restrictions)
Support, distribution or collection of NFTs

MYO RULES

MECKAFiSH are a closed species. Please only make one after acquiring an MYO slot.

For simplicity’s sake, co-ownership of designs is not allowed. A MECKAFiSH must be owned by one account at a time.
MECKAFiSH MYO designs must be approved by a staff member through the website before usage. Usage of unapproved designs can result in a penalty or potential blacklisting from the species depending on severity. You can access the MYO approval guide [HERE]
MECKAFiSH that share a pre-existing OC’s design are ok!
Vague inspiration is allowed, but please keep designing canon character MECKAFiSH or MECKAFISH strongly derivative of a design you do not own to a minimum.
Once you’ve acquired a MYO slot, you can trade or gift it to another user, or sell it for the amount you bought it for. You cannot sell an MYO slot for more than it is worth!
For event MYO slots, it is one slot per account. You cannot trade an event slot to someone who already has one.
You are allowed to commission someone to create your MYO design. Please understand that staff is not liable if the design ultimately does not meet approval standards. Upon approval, Please credit them directly wherever you post and submit the design.
Do not commission art of unapproved MECKAFiSH designs, or MECKAFiSH designs that you do not own without permission from the owner.

ADOPT RULES

When you adopt an Official design, you can customize and upgrade traits like any other MECKAFiSH. It’s yours! Please always keep the original design on hand, however.

PAYMENT

Upon winning an auction, you will be sent a paypal invoice with the amount. You have 72 hours to respond to the message confirming your highest bid. You must complete 100% of the payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to officially “own” that design.
Only bid what you can afford. Winning an auction and failing to complete the payment in the allotted time can result in a penalty.
If an auction payment falls through, the invoice will be sent to the next highest bidder.

MISC RULES

TRADE/ RESALE

You may resell official designs as well as [[Approved]] MYO designs for the amount you bought them/the slot for. This value can increase if the design has commissioned pieces of art.
Free MYO designs are still valued at $0, but you can sell any additional art attached to the design at an additional value.
You MUST notify staff if you ever intend to transfer a design to someone off the lorekeeper site. We need confirmation that the recipient has understood and accepted the MECKAFiSH TOS is a registered member of our site before transferal.
You cannot trade or resell designs to individuals that are blacklisted.

REDESIGNING

if redesigning, 75% of the BASE design must be the same. Larger redesigns can be done with ARPG items.
You can swap out traits within your rarity if it remains within the 75% threshold. Adding traits/ Upgrading traits to a higher rarity can be done with ARPG items.
Please submit your design changes to the site for approval before usage.

VOIDING

Voiding a character means removing them from the MECKAFISH registry completely. Please be certain this is a decision you want to make, it cannot be undone.

Please contact an admin if you intend to void a character.
You must get permission from the designer of the character before voiding.
Blacklisting can result in the immediate voiding of any characters that user has owned.
Upon voiding, one must revoke the token “MECKAFISH” traits (mechanical fish features, LITE form, etc), but can keep the remaining design.
You cannot clone or reapply a voided design.
