SPECIES RULES & TOS

GENERAL

You May

• Resell MYO Coins which you have purchased with Real Currency
• Trade, Giveaway or Return your MYO Coin, but unless purchased, Coins are worth $0
• Once designed, if you wish to sell a free/$0 character you must get an appraisal (See Appraisals below)
• Redesign your Kurina; all redesigns must be approved by Timshel or Strawberry-Hunny first (See Redesign Guide Below)
• Retire or Void your design by contacting Timshel or Strawberry-Hunny
• Commission an artist to create your design for you

• Create for Yourself or For Others; A MYO without a MYO Coin or Special Permission.
• Request a refund for MYO Coins; all sales are final.
• Use Kurina to convey hateful messages or to bully. Including racist, derogatory homophobic, transphobic ect. paraphernalia. 
• Sell your Kurina designs for more than they are worth.
• At this time; Crossbreed Kurina with other CS. 

• MYO Coins do not expire unless the event dictates a time limit.
• There is no deadline on your MYO coin, once you have it, you have forever to finish it.
• You may trade, giveaway or return your MYO Coin, however, Event Coins are worth $0.
• Purchased MYO Coins are resellable for the value which you purchased them.
• Once your MYO is approved, if you wish to sell your design you must get an approaisal. (See Appraisals below.)
• You must be OK with your art appearing on the Masterlist here on TH (Here.)
• Your Masterlist Entry must be Safe for Work, Transparent (.png) and Fullbody.
• If you cannot make it transparent, Mods will remove the background for you.
• Feel free to add your own watermark to the entry, but we will also watermark it for additional security.
• Your Masterlist Entry can be Digital or Traditional.
• You may use bases but you must give due credit and have permission to use the bases.

If you wish to sell a myo design which you have completed using a $0 / Free Event Coin, you must request an appraisal to do so.
In order to have your design appraised please DM Timshel or Strawberry-Hunny with the following info

Design for Appraisal: Link to your Design
Appraisal Seeking: The total value you wish to sell for
Proof of Pricing: Link to your Prices or examples of sales
Additional Art: Link to any additional art you wish to be appraised
Additional Art Value Proof: Link to proof of sale for art, conversations, paypal receipts ect. 

REDESIGNS
Redesigns are allowed with the following constituents

• Redesign must be approved by moderators
• Redesign must be recognizable to the original design
• Redesign can have change to colours, some markings ect.
• Redesign can have changes to Species Traits within Rarity (Example; changing from common dust to common cotton)
• Changes which affect rarity will be required to purchase upgrades  
• Hairstyle, body type and gender/presentation do not need to be approved

• Please do not accuse other people of stealing this species idea, I am hardly the first person to think of a species with fabric and accessories on their bodies.
