This is the approval form template. DM it to R0SENDIEL_FILES or use it on the appropriate Discord channel on the server with the required information so that we may approve your design. You may also DM the account for any questions that you may incur (if you aren't in the Discord!)
APPROVAL FORM:
- Serum Type (common, sporadical etc):
- Add-on Traits (one abnormal trait, etc):
- Proof of Ownership (link/screenshot required):
- Designer Username:
- Traits & Rarities (e.g. deer horn feelers - sporadical):
- Minor things can be changed and/or added without approval
EXAMPLES OF MINOR THINGS
1. Injuries, stitches, scars, tattoos, any patterns/markings on the Rosendiel
2. The character's body structure
3. Changing the outfit
4. Changing the skin colour [DO NOT WHITEWASH DESIGNS]
5. Changing the hair colour EXCLUDING gradient
- To change major things, you do require approval. DM the masterlist account (listed above) with the following things:
1. PLEASE list in the subject that it is to do with a major redesign or else we might confuse it with a design waiting to be approved.
2. Link to the character in question
3. List of changed traits
4. If you are using a TRAIT UPGRADE, link proof to that.
EXAMPLES OF MAJOR THINGS
1. Changing traits to either one of the same/lower rarity OR a higher rarity with a TRAIT UPGRADE
2. Changing the Gradient colours
- To overhaul the entire design and create a new one on the same slot, you must purchase something from [TEMP SHOP]. Currently, it is UNAVAILABLE, so please consider your design first before you send it to be approved!
