★ GENERAL ETIQUETTE ★
• Be respectful to everyone
• Offensive content is not allowed within the group. Content considered offensive includes, but is not limited to;
derogatory views and unacceptable sexual material
• You must be 13 years or older to participate in the group.
Additionally, you must be 18+ to participate in adult spaces. Lying about your age to get around either of these restrictions will result in an immediate ban

★ VD SPECIES ★
• Membership to the Vallis Deorum Toyhouse world is required for participation. You may also join without owning a character. Joining the group’s Discord is optional but highly recommended.
• Both species within the Vallis Deorum world are semi-closed; this means you may not make your own without a MYO slot.
• Vallis Deorum is heavily lore based, though following it is entirely optional. However, choosing to disregard main lore points may hinder a character's ability to partake in certain lore-based events.
• Vallis Deorum characters may not directly resemble characters from copyrighted media or use copyrighted symbols as part of their design.
If a design is approved and found to be in violation of this rule after the fact, we will require that the design be altered accordingly. You may base designs off characters you already own, but do NOT copy other users' designs.
★ SALES & MYOs ★
• Please be aware that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Using PayPal’s chargeback feature to circumvent this is grounds for an immediate ban.
• Backing out of auctions or adoptable purchases is not allowed.
Please be responsible and only bid what you can afford!
For USD purchases, payment is made through PayPal only, and is expected within 24 hours of an offer being accepted. Ghosting on payments without a valid reason is not acceptable.
• When transferring ownership of Vallis Deorum characters, please inform the Owner so they may update ownership accordingly.
• Characters may be freely traded or gifted regardless of how they were obtained.
• Characters may only be sold if they were originally purchased with real currency, or have received extra artwork; The resale value must not exceed the value of the added art.
Commissioned and personal art may count towards this value - gift art may not.
• If you wish to void a Vallis Deorum character, this may be done at any time by contacting the Owner.
Please be aware that VOIDING IS PERMANENT - please be sure you’re fully aware of this before requesting a void. When voiding a character, you will be required to remove all mandatory traits from the design, as well as send visual proof of the change. If voiding a GA or official design, you MUST provide evidence of explicit permission from the original artist.
★ BANS & BLACKLIST ★
• Repeated rule breaks will result in a ban.
Severe infractions may incur an immediate ban.
• Mild infractions include: repeated minor rule breaks, harassment.
Harassment may be considered severe depending on the circumstances.
• Severe infractions include: chargebacks, scamming, actions that endanger other group members.
• If banned from the group, the banned user will retain their characters. These can be freely traded or voided as the user pleases.
This does not apply in the case of chargebacks or scamming - in those instances, any characters obtained through illegitimate means shall be returned to their previous owner.
• If you wish to contest your ban, please contact the Owner. We reserve the right to uphold your ban.
