so. currently theres the two big cities
nexus city and central nevada, owned by two different bodies
nexus owned by crackpot (after getting revived by stygian, will elaborate later) and central being owned by a higher power in disguise through several loopholes whom i am still thinking about.
nexus having recovered the science tower (and revamping security), has fully overclocked into trying to understand the outer realm, while central is. just The place to go. the one-stop-shop for everything if you will. yes the S.Q is still stationed there.

now in nevada's current crippling state. the machine is slowly deteriorating more and more as it tries to put up with what is the equivalent of playing a minecraft with ~50 mods and max settings. with optifine shaders. on a 8yr outdated gaming setup. _{if you get what i mean.}
in more understandable terms, the machine is constantly handling several processes at once and is Incredibly tired and upset that things aren't following order as they should be in accordance to the world itself.
(also the machine is upholding a barrier to keep the Varmints outside of nevada. which causes even more strain)
thus. the S.Q is forced to attend to enriching the mandatus alot more often which is. really taxing and mind numbing.

MC//R (madness combat raptured) is a little AU i've made based off the idea of "the farther you go from Nevada, the worse things get". apparently this is true in madness by default.. but.. i put my own spin on it.
but also not only does the terrain get horrifically unstable (the farther you get), but so does anything inhabiting outside of Nevada. also creatures exist outside of nevada ranging from grunt-like.. to horrific in more ways than one.

i'll post more later for clarification, probably in pages. but overall i think its a cool as hell idea. not expecting anyone but friends to discover this but if anyone managed to stumble upon this. welcome?
