GENERAL INFO
~Inpus are a closed species created and owned by @XenonsHole
~Official Inpus designs and myos can not be used for commercial purposes
~You cannot make your own without a MYO slot.
~MYO slots can be obtained through events or purchase in both the group or the discord.
~CO-OWNERSHIP is currently not allowed. It leads to too much potential trouble that our mod team will have to deal with, and this will help to keep drama within the community to a minimum.
~By submitting a MYO you are agreeing to have your Inpus uploaded to the masterlist account for tracking purposes. All designs will be uploaded to our masterlist website (will be linked once set up) with an official Inpus watermark.
~Harassment, bullying, and other toxic behavior is NOT permitted in the community and can land you on our blacklist.
~Blacklisted users will not be allowed to obtain any type of Inpus design, will be blocked from the group and the discord server. If you knowingly trade an inpus to a blacklisted user you will also be blacklisted.
~Offensive designs or artwork (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.) are not permitted and will result in blacklisting.
DESIGNING + APPROVAL
~You may have another user design your MYO as long as you own a slot.
~When submitting a MYO for approval you must include proof/masterlist link, artist credit, and the traits used.
~MYOs can be sent in for approval through the group notes. If you havent gotten your design approved within 72hrs please contact an admin via the discord help section or the owner.
~Copying a design will result in blacklisting
PAYMENT + REFUNDS
~Official/mod and guest artist sales are FINAL, once you have purchased an official or guest Inpus, refunds will not be available.
~MYO slot purchases are non refundable
~Payments must be made within 48 hours or else the slot/design will be voided.
~Void designs will be put back up for sale or go to the previous bidder.
EDITS
~Small edits (hair style, eye color, simplifying patterns/outfit etc etc) to a design are okay as long as it's okay with the original artists tos and do not need to be sent in for approval
~Trait removals, trait add-ons,and trait upgrades need to be sent in for approval
~Major redesigns ((with og artist approval) same trait, different look i.e changing bonded animals ears to a different animal, amount of leafs/placement of leaves etc etc) need to be sent into the group for approval. If unsure just ask :)
TRADE/RESELL
~MYO slots and official/guest artist designs have a cooldown of 2 weeks before they can be traded, resold, or gifted.
~You cannot sell your MYO/design for more than you bought it for (unless it comes with paid art)
~If you trade, resell, or gift yourInpus/MYO slot, please reply to the appropriate comment on the design in the inpus's masterlist so that our mods can update our ownership logs.
~If obtained via trade you may only resell for the art you have purchased
You must follow the designers T.O.S as well as the species T.O.S when editing, selling, or trading your designs!
