visual traits

To Begin...

  • MYOs do not expire. Take your time!
  • MYO Rarities allow access to all equal or below traits (Ex: Rare MYOs allow use of all rare, uncommon, and common traits)
  • Crossbreeds are allowed, but require at minimum one (1) Rare Trait
  • Special Trait Items can be found in Silk's Shoppe (or through giveaways/raffles) and are needed in order to access these traits. Selection varies each month, and certain traits may only be found in specific months!
  • Redesigns are allowed as long as 30% of the character is the same.
  • Design submissions must be SFW, full-bodied pictures, that clearly shows species traits.
  • Submit your designs here or in the #myo-approvals channel on Discord.
  • If you have any questions, feel free to check out the FAQ, Help Desk, or ask questions in the #suggestions-n-questions channel on Discord.

Mandatory Traits

hijCyTg.png
  • Kemonomimi
  • Flame and Wick
  • Soft Wax
  • Core

As Lucervita are made of remanents of various candles, a majority of their body is made of solid, hard wax. Hard waxes may be any color (meaning skintone does not need to be any natural-occuring color) or material (soy, crayons, beeswax), but must be easily differentiated from their soft wax parts. Cores may be placed anywhere on the body and may be any color or shape - though most commonly, cores match a Lucervita's soft wax color.

Hands and feet have no restriction: as such they may be humanoid, paws, hooved, claws. Remember their bodies are completely made of wax, therefore they cannot have actual hooves, claws, or any feathers unless otherwise stated by a Trait.

Kemonomimi

Lucervita use their strong sense of hearing to navigate when their flame goes out. Their ears are made out of a solid wax, the same that the body is formed from. The most common ears are land mammal, such as rabbits, dogs, cats, and mice. On occasion, a Lucervita will be an oceanic candle and can have fins for ears, as well as pointed and round ears. Wings and other types of ears are quite rare and almost never seen.

Additional ears require a rare trait. As such, if you wish to have both mammal ears and fin ears, ONE uncommon and ONE rare trait would be needed.

Traits: Rabbit (C), Dog (C), Cat (C), Human (UC), Fins (UC), Elf (R), Wings (R)

Flames

Flames are a Lucervita's source of power. The larger the flame, the stronger the power! It is also used as a signal of their fame status. The flame may be on the top of the head or, alternatively, on any soft wax body part that has a wick. The flame may ONLY be placed on a wick, and there is usually only one wick per Lucervita. A Lucervita's flame cannot be put out, but can become smaller when weakened.

Additionally, orange and red flames are deemed as common colors, whereas any other color (even if it naturally is that color based on wick coating, wax types, etc. in the "real world") would require an uncommon trait.

Soft Wax

A Lucervita also dons a liquidy, soft wax part in the form of: arms, legs, hair, or tails. All forms are common, however multiple wax parts require an uncommon upgrade (single trait or uncommon+ myo). Regardless of how many soft wax body parts a Lucervita has, there is only one wick and flame.

Core Placement

New experimentations with Lucervita have revealed that a Core can be placed elsewhere! What a discovery!

Cores are commonly seen on the chest, on the face, or on an arm and a leg. Cores can be spread throughout the body, but any additional cores still require a Legendary trait.

Add-Ons

Lucervita come in all shapes, sizes, and forms; no two are the same. Lucervita may have colored flames, wings, extra body parts, horns, and extra cores. They serve no extra power and are purely decorative.

Traits: Soft Wax Wings (UC), Extra Wick (L)

Traits: Extra Tails (UC), Extra Eyes (R), Extra Ears (R), Extra Limbs (L), Extra Cores (L) dcKGRbJ.png

Traits: Horns (UC), Hard Wax Wings (R)

Prosthetics

While prosthetics were and are always allowed, we've decided to make items a possibility as well. These are not and will never be traited.

This is Lizzie! She's our representative for item prosthetics! As you can see, she's missing an arm but has replaced it with a pencil.Any item can replace any body part--a barbie leg for the leg, a googly eye for an eye, etc etc--there's no limits (except for trying to make a prosthetic mimic a trait)! Just remember that they're tiny, so everything should be proportionate!
