Terms of service

i-Dollz are a closed species created by ShadowKitty15. You cannot make one without an myo or strict permission from the admin or owner. 

How to obtain:

You can obtain an i-dollz from making your own (MYOs) or from staff made adopts. MYOs can only be obtained through free MYO events. Occasionally, the Merch Table (coming soon) will allow purchase of MYOs via digital currency(Hertz). MYO sots never expire. 

MYO approvals:

Before uploading your design to a slot, you MUST get them approved from the I_dollz account. You can do this by sending a DM, or getting them approved in the Approval Forum. Please double check your design before getting them approved to make the process quick. Refer to back to the traits guide if needed. Please follow this format for approvals:

• Link to slot
• Type of I-doll (Mainstream or Off-beat)
• Music genre 
• Description of traits and rarities 
  • Ex: Extra ears on headphones (rare), Microphone (common), wings (uncommon)
• Image of design

Ownership

When you have acquired an I-dollz either by purchase, adopting, trading, or from making your own, it is completely yours. Nobody else has the rights to use the character unless you have strictly given them permission. However, there are rules to owning them. 

• With a I-doll, you can:
  • Use them for personal use
    • Drawing/creating artwork
    • Roleplay
    • Comics
    • Plushies
    • Commissioning art from someone
    • Any other personal design use that is NOT sold to an audience
  • Add them to the I-dollz world
  • Sell or trade them (at your own risk)
  • Change their name, pronouns, or gender
  • Create a backstory for them
  • Change their design (see “Design Changes” first) 
  • Base them off of an OC or use the design in a different species
• You cannot:
  • Create pieces that contain illegal or harmful content
  • Change the value if selling or trading

Trading and selling

MYO slots and designs are tradeable, but done at your own risk. Trades must be agreed on by both parties, and at least one party member must let I_dollz know who is the owner of the new design or slot after the trade has been completed. If you believed you've been scammed by someone, please let a member of our team know so we can try to do what we can to help. 

Design changes

Design changes to your I-doll are allowed under certain circumstances. Outfit changes and minor color pallete changes are allowed and do not need approval. Large scale changes must be asked and approved upon by an admin, this includes instruments within the same rarity. Changing a rarity or changing the type of I-dollz are not allowed without a certain item. 

As a general rule, if you want to change something about the design, its always best to ask first. 

Voiding

If you wish to depart from the species for any reason, you are welcome to void your design or trade it off. 

1. If you have an unused myo slot you can...
   1. Trade the slot to a user in the community or
   2. Trade the slot back to the I_dollz masterlist account for redistribution 
2. If you have a finished design...
   1. If you want to keep the design but remove it from the species, we ask that you remove the heart monitor, instrument tail, and halo to separate from the species. The rest of the design you can keep.
   2. If you want to remove yourself from ownership, we will void but still hold on to your design. Designs can be unvoided if you wish to return.
   3. You can trade or sell away the design with another member of the community
