Species

Virusytes have different classes or subtypes, relating to the duties they are expected to perform to further the spread of the Virusyte infection. Hover or click on the images to learn more.

Virusytes

Virusytes are the base model of an AI mass produced to infect humanity.

A Viruyste can be identified by the corrupt icon they have instead of an eye. They also have detached limbs as a result of errors in the transfer process.

Alterations to the Virusyte code tend to change the parasite tail's functionality. An unaltered Virusyte has a tail with working eyes.

Purisytes

Purisytes are the weak and innefective version of virusytes caused by human intervention

When a virusyte consumes a peice of data encoded with the human antivirus software, it renders them useless. Corrupt eyes are seperated from the face, leaving behind an empty socket. Eyes on the tail are permanently closed, and their detached limbs are held by wireing

This code only works on virusytes who have not taken a host, as they arent as strong as virusytes who have.

Termytes

Termytes are an altered version of virusytes made by aliens to keep them in check.

Termytes have no need to hide. Their corrupt icon takes up their entire face, doing away with needless human emotion. They possess the ability to warp their limbs into weapons to "deal with" unruly Virusytes.

A Termyte's parasite tail has corrupt icons in place of eyes. They showcase blind loyalty to their cause... or do they?

Shared Traits

Despite their differences, all subspecies share the same base code, leading to similar characteristics among different types.
