USER & INTERACTION RULES
- Please be courteous and kind to others interacting within the world. Refrain from hateful, unkind, and/or demeaning behaviors. The StarCharter Project is a safe place for all.
- People are not obligated to open their species for you or interact with your character! Do not treat people poorly if you've been told no. This project is supposed to be fun. No means no!
- Please keep topics in designated areas to the best of your ability!
- You must be 18 or older to participate in the StarCharters Project! NO EXCEPTIONS. This project contains strictly adult themes, this project currently, and will never, be fit for audiences under the age of 18.
- There is a ZERO tolerance policy for AI or artificially generated art. Users caught using AI or artificially generated art will be given a single chance to remove the AI image. If not, this is a bannable offense.
WORLD RULES
- Cannon lore is cannon. You are more than welcome to have headcannons, but please do not project them into cannon context.
- Please be respectful of both Cannon and Creator Species rules and requests. Collaboration is a HUGE part of the StarCharters Project and it's important that we all respect each other.
- Using original StarCharter materials is strictly prohibited. This does not apply to Creator species and/or characters that are made under Creator species. If you would like the use a species from the Cannon Species List for commercial use, please inquire with MarshyG.
- When using a Creator Species, you must have explicit permission from the creator (unless noted otherwise on the Species List).
- When using Cannon Species, it is important to follow guidelines and rules of that species. If a species is closed, please inquire with Admin.
CHARACTER RULES
- You are welcome to have characters with problematic behaviors as aliens do not follow a conventional system of beliefs, HOWEVER, you character cannot: be a pedophile/do pedophilic acts, commit acts of incest, commit acts of non-consensual sexual contact, commit acts of beastiality (defined as a feral creature, non-sentient, and/or unable to consent. Don't push the boundary. These are bannable offenses and strongly oppose /my/ belief system.
- You are not obligated to interact with anyone you don't want too.
- Do not subject other users to the problematic behaviors of your characters unless y'all have discussed it. Be mindful of others and don't force them into a weird or upsetting situation.
- Unlike AI art (which using AI is a bannable offense), you may use Picrew and/or "Dress-Up Game" style images as long as the images are properly credited. Though, it is encouraged to make/purchase commission art of your character, it isn't a key requirement.
- Furry characters do not count as aliens. Though they are considered non-human species, they don't meet the criteria or vision of the StarCharters. However, feel free to inquire about making a Creator Species that's inspired by them!

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution will be met with the appropriate legal action.
