YOU MUST APPROVE YOUR SMILE-PAL.

Smile-Pals have a 7 day trade cooldown, once your Smile-Pal is made, that cooldown begins!

Adopts in the species name can only be made by Staff and Guest Artists

Smile-Pals may not be used in NFTS, if you use the species for NFTS, you will be blacklisted.

You may not use the species for AI either.

The species is 13+.

You may not make a Smile-Pal using one of the blacklisted themes, if you attempt to make one using it, you will be blacklisted.

BLACKLISTED THEMES:
characters that mock/mimic tragic events
racist characters
homophobic characters
transphobic characters
characters that mock any group of people
characters themed after porn/sex/etc

Smile-Pals may be used for personal use and commercial use, however the species must be credited.

You may create/own as many Smile-Pals as you want!

Rules may be added, removed or ammended for any given reason, and without warning
