From a glance..

Starblurrs are humaniod god-like creatures that come from a distance realm named Arcadia. They are created to look human-like and friendly to those they choose to host inside of. Hosting is when a starblurr finds a person who trusts them, a child, and possess them. The child goes through the proccess of becoming a starblurr.

Starblurrs have shadow-out faces as they most commonly seen in the dark with very simplistic faces. Their eyes are either shaped or round/normal looking. They have no iris's, there noses are also shaped or normal looking. Their mouths can be anything! They open like normal human mouths, teeth and all! Starblurrs have animal ears instead of human ears, they are usually the same color(s) as their hair. All blurrs are required to have horns, halos or antennas located on their head.

Their bodies are USUALLY tall and slender looking, but that is optional. Hands having either paw pads(round or shaped) or handpads (basically one big "pad" that cover the inside of the hand). Side of the torso can have optional traits like insect legs! Lower legs are covered in fur and usually consist of 1 confort trait of some kind. Their feet are animal like meaning hooves/paws etc.

A blurrs tail can be fluffy or no fur at all! They are pitch black up until the underside towards the tip of the tail, they can be any color/pattern. A tail tip for a blurr has to be a star or a celestial body of some kind. Only corrupted blurrs have tail tips that are also pitch black, as there star has died. Their tails for corrupt blurrs can be dripping or glitched.

NORMAL VS CORRUPT

Normal Starblurrs are those who still have their hosts, using tails from what I explained earlier. A normal starblurr' tail will look like the first image.

A Corrupt blurr, is a blurr who have lost their host from unforseen circumstances. While glitching can be seen from anywhere on a corrupt blurr, dripping and the dead celestial body are only seen on the tail. The tail may look something like the second image.

Mouth

Please keep in mind the blurrs can have static or animated-looking faces! It's all up to you.

Starkids

Starkids are the hosts of blurrs, they are always kids! A blurr cannot possess an adult as both them and the blurr are unable to survive the process. A starkid takes on traits of the blurr, they are required to share the same tail. While other features like ears or halos can be similar or the same. You are also required to make a starkid along with a starblurr unless the starblurr is corrupted.

After becoming the blurr's host they are now both able to Arcadia. A blurr will take their favorite toy and make it their Possessive item. A possessive item is where the starkid's lifeforce is stored. If the toy is destoryed or ripped it hurts the starkid too. If a starkid dies or refuses to take in the host they blurr becomes corrupted. (The starkid can also become corrupted if its not from death.)
