T.O.S
I. General
- Starburrs does not claim the concept of star protectors, starkids, starblurrs, or child protectors only the lore and designs.
- Do not claim the species, images, designs, etc as yours
- This species is created and owned by bugx
- You must have a MYO slot AND a Toyhouse account to make and own a Starburr.
II. MYO
- Free MYO slots/Event slots cannot be gifted, traded, or sold.
- Designs created from Free MYO slots/Event slots cannot be resold.
- You cannot use a pre-existing design for a MYO or official adopt due to copyright issues.
- This also includes making a design before owning a slot as it can lead to a lot of issues.
- CS AUs are not allowed.
- You can order a custom for a MYO slot you own.
- MYO designs can be voided, please notify us to start the process.
III. Official Adopts
- Offical Designs CANNOT be voided.
- Please follow the artists' TOS in addition to the species TOS.
IV. Editing
- Minor edits on your MYO designs are allowed. (Please seek species guide for the more in-depth version of this.)
- Major edits need approval.
- Please ask the original artist for permission before editing over their artwork.
V. Ownership
- Each design can differ, but please check on your oc for what you can do with it(adopts). By default all designs can be resold/traded/gifted freely.
- There is a cooldown of 2 weeks inbetween each transfer.
- Traded/Gifted designs can only be traded/gifted.
- Co-ownership is allowed, however we will not be resolving disputes between the co-owners.
- Ownership musted be updated on The Outpost.
VI. Conduct
- We do not condone and support characters or users with discriminating like racism, antisemitism, anti-lgbtqia+, etc.
- All sales are final. Refund is not possible after transactions
- You must have a Toyhouse account and be 13+ years old to join
- Failure to follow T.O.S will result in your removal from the species and can no longer gain anymore specie from this world. (items included.)
