Crooked Moon basic plotline
Crooked Moon is a series that has been in the making for quite some time and is one of the first series I ever started. Crooked Moon’s starts within a dark and crime ridden city with poverty and destruction at every corner. A self deemed king by the name of Dema made his claim on all the creatures of the world and has nothing but hatred and resentment towards any living creature. He feeds on the mourning, loss, and grief he inflicts on others and thrives from it. The world is doomed, as their King is both an immortal, and can also never be traced, for one moment hes there, the next hes gone, but death and sorrows are always close behind. He snatches helpless creatures from the streets and places them in various labs for torturous testing methods. His most common technique is to genetically modify his subjects and try to create a new species to use for various and unruly test mechanisms. His goal is to make the ultimate creature who can withstand contrived immortality and torture it for eternity. Dema claimed and forced his creations to do his every command which they willfully do, while some will volunteer for money to feed their families, some just want the deprived status, and some are unwilling but have no choice to comply. The city had become more and more corrupt until something finally snapped. A creature who had come from unknown lands. This creature claimed Dema had come to him and ripped his heart out from his chest as a trophy, and this creature had come to reclaim what Dema had stolen. Some called him The Phantom Moon, some called him Neosis, and some even called him friend. This creature finds himself confronting Prueba Siete in which Prueba explains their current situation with corruption and misery. Neosis decides to help their cause, rid the world of Demas rein and reclaim his heart once and for all. Prueba speaks with his adopted sister and brother by the names of Kia and Rio Rio about their plans to take down Dema. At first they’re skeptical but their hatred for the twisted king had them all on board. They then begin to realize how real it might be when they figure out their leader, Neosis is an immortal as well. The world begins to see the light at the end of the tunnel and a full on war breaks loose. Neosis, Prueba Siete, Kia, and Rio Rio begin their journey to locate and incinerate Dema and strike him down for good.
"I started this series when I was about 10-11ish so there is obviously plotholes that my kid self didn't consider when making absurd ideas so there may be changes in the future."
