Hii! I don't know if it looks different on anyone else's screens, but a noibat character of mine seems to show up twice? It's in the right folder, there's just two of it! Not sure how that happened, I only have one profile of them, I put an image of what I'm seeing in the spoiler jic ^_^;;

I’m not sure how this happened exactly but it does appear if we accept a character too fast and click the accept button on em again, it does duplicate their profile for as many times as you clicked it (ex: You click it 4 times, there’s 4 profiles.)
I’m unsure why this happens though.
Removing the one of the profiles I believe would remove Nox from the world completely.
But it would also get rid of the 2nd profile
Ooh interesting :0!! If you'd like, we could remove them from the world and I can resubmit? I'm pretty sure I have the ability to get them out of the world but I won't do so until you respond jic ^_^;;
Hey hey! ive had this happen to me before, most of the time when this happens the character themselves will have multiple instances of the world in their 'worlds' part of their profile and the owner of the character can remove the extra worlds just by hitting the 'remove' button! This will remove the individual profiles and only leave one!

Do pokemon fusions that are half canon half fakemon go in fusion or fake mon?
And if the fusion is two fakemon, do they go in fusion or fakemon?

I haven’t organized half of these but the ones I did were jude, since jude has all three forms, it was difficult to decide which folder they would go into, so I just put it in the sprigatito folder.
As for the others, I fixed what folder nyx is in!
Mika looks like a human version of Tinkaton, so that could explain why they were put in there.
As for the rest, I believe that they were put in those based on what their avatars were? That’s my best guess.
Like for example, I noticed Ferridae looks like a sylveon and the drawings on the character are the same expect for one.
So that could explain why. Once I get home, I’ll fix all the characters for ya!

Sorted everybody except for 6 that I couldn't tell where to put them! I asked the character owners & will sort them when they respond :D
If you want, we will be very happy to receive help from you. However, this is not required, and tomorrow I will start sorting characters and creating folders (I haven't had much time lately due to private matters).

i just submitted like a good amount of characters then reread the description of the world 😭 i still have a few more i think (at least 5?)
also, how would it work for fusion pokemon? especially ones that aren’t from the same region

Yea of course! Just tell us when you’re done adding the characters so we can take the mod perms away afterwards!
i saw the thing that can get given mod to mass upload, could my alt umbreons be given that too so i can upload the pokemons i have there (i waiting for my alt get accepted here)

Could I be an admin? I've constantly been getting new members and pokemon, and sorting them correctly. I really want to help with the "I need a folder" stuff. Also, could we add a kinsona folder (for those who have kinsonas of Pokemon characters)
Thank you for accepting all the characters I submitted! A couple of my kiddos got sorted into the wrong folders, though, I noticed
Puratchi, Minutchi, and Athena are all in the gijinka folder when they should be in Hoenn (Plusle), Hoenn (Minun), and Johto (Espeon) respectively!
Hildegard, Gaia, and Dila are in the humans folder when they should be in the gijinka folder!
Also, Achama is somehow in the gijinka folder twice; just thought I'd let you know! 🤣
I was looking over the folders while faving peoples' Pokémon, and noticed my Galvantula was accidentally put in the Ariados folder! Figured I'd mention it so it could be fixed!
