Sagwa is a criminal organization that was formed with a singular purpose. Revenge. All of the crimes committed, the atrocities hidden, the wrongful deaths and ruined lives are trivial if they serve the boss's purpose. 

Their headquarters are located at the heart of the Capital of Callasta and it's from their bases in the city that Sagwa and the independent companies within it run their empire. Their astounding wealth, connections, and cunning have allowed them to rise to the very top of the criminal underworld. Very few other syndicates or gangs are willing to encroach on Sagwa's territory and they are both respected and feared. Becoming even an associate of Sagwa is seen as an honor and many of the companies require both collateral and a reference from a current member to join. The hierarchy is strict within the organization, as higher ranking members enjoy luxuries normal citizens could scarcely dream of. Despite the dangers associated with their jobs the group operates almost as an extensive and unconventional family unit.
