Sugarlops Terms of Service

By purchasing a Sugarlop and participating in our community, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Species Ownership and Credit

Sugarlops are a closed species created by beethefallen

Creators of Sugarlops characters retain rights to their designs, but the concept of Sugarlops remains the intellectual property of beethefallen Artists must be credited for the designs they have made.

Claiming credit for someone else's work is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

MYO Slots

MYO slots must be pre-approved by the Sugarlops team to be listed on the masterlist. Regular MYO slots can be obtained:

    - For 200 Sugar Cubes (the Sugarlops Currency)
    - For $20 in monthly sales (up to two slots per user).

Mystic MYO slots can only be acquired through a raffle system and cost $40 per slot. Mystic Designs created by the creator or Guest Artists (GA's) may be sold as adopts or through raffles. Individual Mystic traits can be purchased with Sugar Cubes.

To prevent MYO hoarding or unfair trades, each user may have up to two regular slots and two Mystic slots - at a time.

Design Requirements

SFW designs are required; doll nudity is allowed, but genitalia and exposed chest with nipples are not.

For NSFW references of Sugarlops' imaginary form, open a ticket in the official discord server and mark your character as NSFW on the official masterlist (your age must be verified before doing so)

Slot Reselling and Trading

Slots may be resold but must not exceed the original purchase price.

Sellers/Traders are encouraged to be reasonable and not demand unfair offers Only the Sugarlops team is authorized to create adoptable Sugarlops.

Only approved Sugarlops listed on the masterlist may be sold; do not sell unofficial Sugarlops claiming to be official.

Community Conduct

All members must adhere to community rules, which prohibit harassment, bullying, or hate speech. Publicly sharing drama or discussing private information/disputes publicly is not allowed; please resolve matters privately or contact a moderator.

• Sugarlops is a 13+ community. Discord usernames and server nicknames must be appropriate to participate. Inappropriate or gory profile pictures are not allowed. While the Sugarlops team believes in second chances, the following is not to be tolerated in any way:

• Sexual harassment, Grooming, Inappropriate behavior with a minor, Suicide baiting, Etc.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate ban from the community, with character rights to be determined by the team.

Copyrighted Designs Users may not use copyrighted designs as their character. Users may not create identical or nearly identical designs based off of copyrighted characters. Do not steal other people's content or designs or OCs.

What counts as inspiration versus copyright infringement?

Inspiration only takes some elements, but still having your own original ideas for the most part. Copyright infringement means you are directly taking from someone else's hard work and ideas. If we can tell you are basing a design off of a copyrighted character, then it is not allowed. Please generally stick to things that are public domain to be safe!
