The Aether

Also known as 'The Lands Above' or 'Heaven', which does not look anything like the 'Heaven' depicted in the bible or in most imagery.
Clouds do exist in this dimension and the planets within it, however it is not consisting of only clouds or anything like that. 
It is mostly referred to as 'The Aether' to non-mortals, including demons who struggle to handle the energy in this dimension
as to angels in The Lands Beneath unless said angel has been corrupted or modified by a demon (Example: Uriel) 

Angels are at the top of the food chain in The Aether and they are matched with strengths to demons, making them equally dangerous rivals.
Like demons angels also bypass time and even their physical state which is almost always changing when they are in The Aether.
In the mortal realm angels need to suppress their forms to not destroy their surroundings or living creatures around them.
The energy angels give off is equally as heavy and overbearing as demons, however demons are superior at suppressing their energy around humans than angels can.
