September is Tibumeru's birthday month! To celebrate, we're hosting a DCAY thread-- or a Draw the Character Above You thread.

DCAY EVENT: 9/12/21 - 10/5/21

If you haven't participated in a DCAY event before, think of it as blind art trades. Here's how it works.

Bun has started the thread by posting refs of her Tibu. From there, someone will post that they "claim", so they'll be drawing for Bun. They'll then work on their art for Bun; when finished, they'll send it to Bun and edit their post on the thread to show that the art is done.

Of course, the chain goes on and on! You don't know who will be drawing for you, and if you post several Tibu, you also don't know who they'll draw for you!

Here's some more specific rules:

• 1. You may only have ONE claim open at a time. After your first claim, you may not claim again until your first claim has been completed.
• 2. The artwork can be whatever you want it to be-- doodles up to completed pieces! So long as you put some love into it, you're good to go.
• 3. There will be no nsfw for the DCAY event.
• 4. Please post Tibu refs only. If you don't have a Tibu, that's okay-- you can still participate. Just mention that you don't have a tibu yet in your claims (and post other refs for people to pick, of course)
• 5. This is a visual art only event for now. Sorry, writers! We'll have more writing events for you in the near future!
