Monarchs are small, seahorse-like creatures found only in Verlis, and the island of Ermon. They are known to grant magic strength to whoever climbs up to the top of Ermon's volcano. Monarchs are very rare to spot in the continent of Verlis, although they are more abundant in Ermon. Currently, little is known about this species.
Marchies
Monarchs tend to live in groups known as marchies. Marchies are groups that can be either small or large, and most larger groups have a leader called the Omega Monarch. Many smaller groups are leaderless, so these groups must survive in independence. Not all monarchs reside in marchies however, since a few are known to live independently. Marchies must have at least 5 monarchs to be formed.
Omega Monarchs
An Omega Monarch is the leader of a marchie. They guide their monarch followers and help them with their survival. For a monarch to become the omega, they must have full honesty. Otherwise, if they are caught without it, they will be kicked out by force, and sent to another marchie.
