There are a variety of hazards which can be found on planets. These include:
- Thin Breathable Air
- Toxic Atmosphere
- High Radiation
- High Gravity
- Low Gravity
- Extreme Heat
- Extreme Cold
- Underwater
Some hazards can be overcome with certain affinities or life support, but others are more complicated to deal with.
- Air affinities can create breathable air
- Gravity or Kinetic affinities can deal with high or low gravity
- Heat-based affinities can deal with extreme heat or cold
- Cold-based affinities can deal with extreme cold or heat
- Water affinities can breathe underwater
