― This TOS applies to the names Polarseis, Polariese, and Suiiseis. Which on the designated website, Deviantart, where adopts are predominately sold, are under the accounts Polarseis, Polarieses, and Suiiseis.

There are two forms of Designers.

Designer ― is the role given to the official and permanent designers of the species. Designers are notified of upcoming events and get first pick in slots.

Transient ― is the role given to one-time guest artists or someone who is test running to see if they are qualified on the Designer role. Transient role is removed after the task is complete.

― If numerous rules are violated, you may be subject to suspension or blacklisted. Any designs owned will be removed from the species.

The adopt will be posted on Polarseistudio profile, and auction will occur on the Fragilius official discord. We encourage making your own post as well with link the auction in order to boost visibility and engagement !

· It is important that you have read the Designer Rules and link it alongside with your own rules when holding a sale.

· You need to have read the Designer Rules.

· Guest Artist fees are as follows:

― Permanent Designer - 10% fee.

― Transient Designer - 15% fee

· Posting an app here does not mean you are automatically accepted. It means you are interested and Polariese or a mod will contact if we pick you!

· You are free to update the app whenever you wish. We love to see progress and improvement.

· 1000 x 1000 canvas at least.

· You may request to collab with other artists if you are accepted for an event. However these are not certain and you must run it through Polariese or a mod.

· As a GA, being late results in a strike. Please notify Polariese or a mod if you are unable to participate anymore.
