Echolake is a pride made of outsiders. Every lion has a backstory, some were expelled from their old homes, some didn’t agree with the beliefs of their old pride members while others were simply looking for an adventure. But together they form a close community and have come to rely on and trust each other. Xia, the founder, prides herself on not judging any outsiders they meet and believes everyone should have a second chance at a happy life. Of course, this doesn’t mean they will welcome anyone in with open arms. When an outsider first joins, they must show that they are trustworthy and mean good. Usually a guardian or two will be paired with them to follow their every step, an extra safety measure put in place to make sure the pride is as safe as possible.
