In order for your application to be valid you must submit it via the Application Form. 

We will be accepting applications until April 30th 11:59PM EST. It will take us a few days to review all candidates. 

We will inform you if you're chosen via note through Discord!

The purpose of this blacklist is purely to let members and Archane Artists know these people are not permitted to obtain Archane designs in any way, via adopts or resell/trades, nor MYO events. 

For this reason we will not be hyperlinking the documentation that exists in our records regarding the blacklist justifications, as we are not interested in spreading such material. The only exception to this policy will be hyperlinking material that has already been publicly listed.

We appreciate members do not inquire further and trust the Archanes team that such statuses were not given lightly, nor without evidence.

We're continuing the 3-Year Anniversary celebrations with a FREE MYO Event! 

Those whose MYO's are approved before the deadline, they will be entered into a BONUS RAFFLE at the end of the event! 5 lucky winners will be able to design a pet for their new Archanes from the group's exclusive species as well!

As usual, we will only be awarding MYO tickets for 72 Hours to those that follow the directions! 1:30PM EST, April 8th - 1:30PM EST, April 11th!

Participants will then have ONE MONTH to complete their MYO, which will end at 1:30PM EST, May 11th!

In light of the overhauls to the species' organization, MYO Events will be run differently moving forward! 

• The details for the event are all in the group's ToyHouse World. 
• Participants can now boost the event via DeviantArt Journal/Poll OR ToyHouse bulletin, but both must link back to the event's ToyHouse Page!
• To qualify for a ticket and successfully submit your MYO for approval, participants must join the Discord Server!

The battits, a brand new pet species from v0iddarling, have been busy flitting about the Realm spreading the good news of the anniversary and the festivities to come! At this time, the only way to get one of these cuties is to win the anniversary bonus raffle by completing your MYO in time!

As a reminder, all MYO tickets that do not have approved designs by the deadline will EXPIRE.  

Lastly, as stated in the server, we processed our Activity Check on the 7th to trim the inactive accounts from both DeviantArt and Discord. 

If you wish to keep connected with the species and all that's to come, or forgot to react and are wondering where the server went, please feel free to rejoin, review the updated Rules & Terms of Service, and regain access to the server!

It has been an intense three days, but I am very pleased to say the overhaul of the Discord, ToyHouse and Deviantart are finished!

I have really appreciated the activity and support already brewing in the server!! This immense undertaking was done with the hope that Archanes could modernize and have an infrastructure that could best support both admins and members alike. 

You will notice that the Front Page of DeviantArt has changed, with all navigation buttons pointing to ToyHouse or the Discord! 

If you find a key resource still directing to something on DeviantArt, please let us know! One might have escaped me. 

The following three journals are the only items that will receive periodic updates if needed on the DA side of things. They have all gotten CONSIDERABLE updates, so please take a look!  

• Terms of Service & Rules 
• Species Info Library 
• Ownership Transfers 

Please also note: 

• The front page will still be updated to reflect the Archane of the Month
• We will still accept and grade content & application submissions to the Deviantart group, but processing may be delayed
• Monthly Folklore entries have been updated, but moving forward only the TH versions will get additional updates!
• Item Shop and Pet Shop have also moved to ToyHouse & Discord - the DeviantArt journals are retired.  
• All member data is being tracked in the optimized Archane Database 

If you haven't already, please join the ToyHouse and Discord! We are overdue for an anniversary tradition, but the event will only be conducted in the new HQ of the species~

It's about time there was a breath of fresh air in the Realm~  

As we're all well aware, the fate of groups on DeviantArt is fading. The team has concluded that we can best serve our members and grow the species by transitioning the heart of the species from DA and to ToyHouse and especially the Discord Server: 

You will notice that quite a few journals on Deviantart have been deleted, and several navigation buttons retired! This is because the following functions have moved entirely to Discord: 

• Trading Center [Reselling & Trading Archanes will be done in the ToyHouse or Discord!]
• Archane of the Month
• Archane Artist Applications
• Character Shops

To say the Discord has gotten a revamp might be an understatement. There are new Categories and Channels in the server to accommodate the following directly in the server!

• Archane Shop Purchases
• Pet Shop Purchases
• MYO Approvals
• Redesigns / Voids Processing
• Submitting Art/Writing to earn CP
• And more! 

Be sure to join us to be sure you get the latest news and can enjoy the new, streamlined experience in Archanes! 

Lastly, our spreadsheets have also been overhauled and consolidated into ONE optimized place: the new Archane Database. Please note the Directory, Treasury and Pet Spreadsheets have been taken down as well. 

The Database Journal still stands as an option for members to notify us of their Archanes' update data, trades or resells, but again we encourage members to use the Trading Centers in ToyHouse and Discord to help us keep our records even more accurate!

The DeviantArt group is not shutting down, though, as it is still a useful way for members to submit content or complete applications! Admins will also still be sharing Adopts and Draw to Adopt designs there as well, and the key journals that remain will continue to be monitored.

For those of you that have stuck around through the chaos of a pandemic and the frustrations of eclipse, we salute you. And for anyone who may be looking for a unique blend of CS and World Building groups with the potential for RP, there's never been a better time to join us~ 

Regardless, we wish you all the best and hope 2021 is a year of renewal and creative gusto!
