Every Seraph must abide by these laws, as decided by The Council.
Failure to do so will result in just punishment.
First - The Royal Family's word is absolute. High Seraph Cepheus speaks the word of our Seraphim and must be obeyed at all costs.
Second - Thievery is prohibited. If one is in need simply seek out the correct authorities to determine what resources your household needs.
Third - Any Seraph that leaves Holy Cassiopeia without a direct order from the Royal Family is forbidden from return. No exceptions.
Fourth - Every Seraph must do their part for the greater whole. We are greatest together.
Fifth - Any new crop fields or crafts homes must seek out proper documents from The Council before work can begin.
