We are called the myudons, a swamp creature that looks very similar to what humans called canines. Much like them, we are quadrapedals, have floppy ears, and other similarity! We are made of solely mud for every part of our beings, so that's our only difference. Unlike them, we also need a special stone to keep ourselves in shape, otherwise bad thing could happen to us. You can check the encyclopedia for more info!
Myudon and its affiliated species are SEMI-OPEN, this means you are allowed to make ONE FREE myudon of any kind. Be sure to check the rules!
BY PARTICIPATING, ADOPTING, OR DOING ANY ACTIVITY IN THE GROUP AND COMMUNITY, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING AND ABIDING THE RULES AND T.O.S. OF MARSHYUDON. FAIL TO FOLLOW THIS REQUIREMENT WILL RESULT A STRIKE. FOUR STRIKES AND YOU ARE AUTO-BANNED.
RULES
- Do abide to Toyhou.se rules
- 18+ content (such as NSFW, fetishes) are not allowed, mild gore is fine
- Please do censor arts that may include triggering subject (this includes mild gore)
- Do not harass any members, admins, mods or the owner
- No discrimination against people based on race, gender or nationality
- No discussing irl politics within the group
- Do not share private information of yourself in public or within the group
- One member can only participate with one account. No sock puppets account.
- Do not claim any design as yours if you don't have specific proof of payment, trade or any conversation with the designer or previous/current owner
- Do not steal or trace anyone's arts or designs
- Myudon is a semi-open species
- Marchie and Maychie are a closed species (WORK IN PROGRESS)
- You MUST BECOME A MEMBER to make a free myudon. Please read the guidelines beforehand.
- (Myudon) You may only make ONE FREE MYUDON OF ANY KIND
- If you are a FIRST-TIME DESIGNER, you can still make ONE FREE MYUDON
- Do not create a Marchie without a MYO slot (WORK IN PROGRESS)
- You can only evolve marchie by doing the Baby Crystal Quest (WORK IN PROGRESS)
- You own the rights to your character, however, do not claim the species as your creation
- Myudon was created on 9th of August 2017, we do not claim to be the first nor last swamp dog species. Please do not compare the species to any similar ones.
TERMS OF SERVICE (T. O. S.)
PAYMENT
- Phonie may accepts DA pts, PayPal (USD), TNG (MYR) and charms
- Guest Artists (GA) may accept any payment methods of their choice
- Payment for adopt must be done before the due date given in each adopt description
- Payment must be done before you are marked as the character's owner
- No refunds between designers and buyers unless stated (by the designers)
- Please inform the masterlists if you sold/traded/gifted the design
- Minor redesign and accessories are allowed (need approval)
- Do not change the design as a whole
- Do not change the kind of the species
- Do not claim the species as your own creation
- If you're leaving or wanting to change the design into a non-mudtizen species, please inform the master list. Be wise as you can no longer unvoid the mudtizen if you ever joining back
- If you are blacklisted, your owned mudtizen will be voided
- Deactivated account that owned a mudtizen will block the design from being active
- Follow the rules provided in the description of each adoptable post
- (Auction + OTA) Do not hide/edit bidding comments
- (Set price + Auction) Make sure you have the payment before claiming
- Do not harass buyer/designer/anyone
- No holding unless if mentioned by the designer
- Do not guilt trip when buying an adoptable
- MYO bought with pts/money, the design can be sold/traded/gifted
- MYO bought with charms, the design can only be traded/gifted/sold for charms
- MYO got from trade/gift/event, the design can only be traded/gifted
- You can commission another artist to design for your MYO slot (This DOES NOT apply for MYO events)
- Designer Ticket from MYO event is not tradable/giftable since it's just a temporary item (means it will be deleted once the event ended)
- If you bought them with :points:/money: You can sell/trade/gift
- If you bought them with charms: You can only trade/gift/sell for charms
- If you got them from trade/gift/event: You can only trade/gift
- Reselling any mudtizen characters (regardless of how you obtain them) for any price: Only if they have at least 5 commission arts from 5 different artists
- Please note to inform the masterlist for any ownership changes
- Avoid trading mudtizen that you owned for only 1 week
