Maxine's Mafia, founded by Maxine Lial, is an organized international gang specializing in armsdealing, narcotic sales, espionage and hitman services. The Mafia has ties in almost every major country. The group is founded around the basis of Communism. With questionable practice and morals, one should think twice about crossing Maxine Lial and her organization.

Maxine's Cabinet is the formation of a select few members that she trusts enough to know the personal affairs of the group. The group is split into five main divisons: Arms/Hitman, Intellegence, Medical, Narcotics, and Tech. They are led by Maxine and one appointed head of the division. Anyone can join any of the divisions or multiple at once. Members under the age of eighteen are given a mentor to teach them the laws of the Mafia and the basics of their divison.

Meetings are held weekly on the dawn of Monday. They serve to share news, communicate with foreign embassies and promote and demote people. While they are held and planned by Maxine, anyone can speak during them and share important news.
