🔸 By being part of the group, you accept that you have read and agree with all the rules established within this section.

🔸 If you infringe upon one or more of the group's regulations, you could enter a blacklist or be banned from the group.

🔸 All species within Goahiri are considered as closed species. This means that you cannot create a species-based character unless you have a MYO slot or permission from the site's founder (Nabaiki).

🔸 The Masterlist contains all the currently approved characters from the species. Any characters not found on this list are waiting for approval OR are illegal. Creating illegal characters of the species could result in a ban and blacklist from the species.

🔸 Don't claim that you're the creator of the species or a purchased original design by an official artist! Always credit the person who create the species (Nabaiki) and the designer (one of the official artists), and in the case that you get a MYO slot, you can credit Goahiri and then, yourself as a designer!

🔸 We will essentially use the toyhouse platform, especially to handle the masterlist. For this reason it is necessary that you have an account within the page. In case you don't have one, you can request an invitation code from the administration.

🔸 Mild NSFW is allowed, but nothing explicit. If so, it cannot be shared on the server in any way. Similarly, the transfer of NSFW material to minors is not allowed, even if it's a trade.

🔸 Species within Goahiri can be drawn interacting with other species within or outside of the Goahiri system. However, the latter is not allowed for events.

🔸 You can get a species within the ones listed in Goahiri through: Flatsales, Auctions, Raffles, OTA, DTA, Contest, etc.

🔸 You can also get them through a MYO slot that can be sold, raffled or delivered by Nabaiki, or a CUSTOM made by the founder himself or one of the official Goahiri artists.

🔸 Another method of obtaining is through the resale, trade or gifting.

🔸 If you have obtained an adoptable of the species within Goahiri, you have the right to trade, resell or give away under the following conditions:

★ TRADE | All adoptable is apt to be traded, there are no limitations in this regard.
★ SALE | You can only sell your adoptable at the same or lower purchase price. The additional art does not count as a greater guarantee, that you must have it VERY present.
★ GIFT | You can give or receive an adoptable gift, but once you get it, you must agree to the Terms of Service explained from the beginning as they create or adopt directly.

🔸 It should be noted that the adoptables obtained by promotions or special events are NOT available for sale nor can a payment for them be demanded. The only thing that we allow in these cases, as in others where it is obtained via trade, is that of a voucher.

🔸 Therefore, only the adoptable ones that have been obtained directly by buying can be re-sold. In case of being a trade, it loses its monetary value.

🔸 Vouchers are allowed, but they require approval from management. In these cases you must send a message to Nabaiki and inform about your situation to make the voucher valid.

🔸 MYO slots can be sold, traded or gifted. MYO slots only can be sold as it original price and only if it has not been traded.

🔸 Any type of change of owner, whatever the type, has to be notified to the masterlist! In case you don't have a toyhouse account, contact Nabaiki inmediatly via DISCORD (Nabaiki#1551) or Twitter (Nabaikki)!

🔸 In case you offer or are offered a design from another platform other than Discord or Toyhouse, please verify that the design is legally within the masterlist and that the offer is legal.

🔸 In case of scams, depending on the type, we can intercede as an administration in this regard. But if these have been made without the user's own verification prior to their exchange or purchase, as an administration we cannot do much.

🔸 Paypal is the primary method when purchasing adopts, designs or traits. Payments MUST be made within 24 hours of purchase request.

🔸 Harah (currency only used within this species group) can be earned and used to purchase traits and designs (See active events on DISCORD/Toyhouse and Fruit Market).

🔸 OTAs created by official artists may allow other means of payment (be sure to check with the artist).

🔸 Always respect the bidding chain.

🔸 You can withdraw from an auction without problem, but if you have won the auction by bidding the highest amount and you withdraw, you will receive a penalty on the next sales.

🔸 In case of winning the auction, the information will be delivered to you via private message to coordinate the transaction. If this is not answered within 24 hours, you will be penalized and the design will be offered for sale to the highest bidder after the winner.

Once you get an official design, you can relate slight changes as long as they are previously notified to the Goahiri administration. We understand that not everyone can replicate exactly the same design delivered, therefore, we offer that freedom.

The adoptables obtained through the purchase of official designs can not have severe changes in their design, out of respect for the creation and effort poured into them. They can have changes as long as they are not severe and are authorized by the official artist who designed it.

In case of obtaining a MYO slot, depending on the degree of its rarity, you are free to choose the traits and the design as colors corresponding to it. Feel free to let your imagination fly as long as you are within the standards of your purchase.

The user is allowed to make design changes as many times as he sees fit, however, only small changes are free. The most radical changes, for example, of traits or design and colors, must be paid.

Redesigns MUST be sent to Nabaiki to be approved! Any change or suggestion will be sent accordingly. Only Nabaiki could approved or reject a design.

Designs based on copyrighted characters are not allowed.
