Background

So far, there are only five Headmasters, where they all reside in the Prodigal Headquarters - the Pavillion. One of them represents the Overseer, but the rest of the four represent their own individual kind of leadership that helps influence the people to eventually abide to their decisions (indirectly).

- The Arbiter: Also known as the Superior among the all Headmasters. The Arbiter is the only Prodigal member with direct contact with the Overseer. Any messages that people wish to send, can only go through the Superior only. They act as the middle man between the rest of the Headmasters, and the Peacekeeper whenever conversations become heated during meetings. And if such ideas could never reach a resolution, then the Arbiter will have the ultimate authority of choosing.

- The President: An individual who supposedly could have all the money in their pockets. The President typically overlooks different businesses and corporations, and if anything - they might as well have the power to rule his own business world (if they desire). But the main highlight of the president is that they deal with the financial portion of the Prodigal. If the Association were to ever be in a financial bunch, then it is the President's responsibility to uphold his role in the group as their moneymaker.

- The Commandant: Typically the man who has climbed the ranks in the Military. A veteran who is well versed in tactics and war efforts, but also has more skill than the normal militaristic soldier. Experience in battle is the most important factor when they are the Commandant. But for the Prodigal, the Commandant's role overlooks all the Agents that solely under them. Every potential Agent is under his radar, and they make the final factor as to who works for the Prodigal. They are the ones that create a series of tests, from physical to mental, and most especially a test of loyalty in order to determine if they pass.

- The Dean: Influence is The Dean's key aspect in the Prodigal. If you go ahead and teach those who don't know, then your students will eventually take your ideas and claim it as their own. And the Dean believes that Education is the guideline to help point the future to the right direction. The Dean doesn't need to be inherently smart or intelligent to take this role - but it's the proper leadership for the future of today's world, using the Education system as their foundation.

- The Justicar: The Justicar is the ruler in the world of Politics. They do not need to be the President of a country. They can be an upstanding judge in court. Or perhaps a corrupted politician who seeks to bend the rules for the sake of the world's stability. As long as the Justicar's role in politics helps create the balance and proper control of society today.

Trivia
  • The Pavilion is not a building, but a particular large, private area that is kept confidential from the public eye.
  • None of the Headmasters, except for the Arbiter, have any contact with the Overseer.
  • Each Headmaster is a leader towards a specific target of members, as they're the second highest in the chain of command.
    > The Arbiter (Superior) is ultimately the leader among the other Headmasters if the group fails to stay organized.
    > The Commandant solely leads his portion of the Specialist Agents. They are known as the Commandant Forces.
    > The President upholds a large business corporation, and has some of the Administration Members working for him.
    > The Justicar also takes a share of the Administration members, who are typically part of a Political role.
  • The Dean doesn't have any Administration Members working for them, but he does find potential members in the Academic community. Whether it be professors, or students.
  • They attend meetings every week, reporting any important information and exchanging particular ideas to see if any changes are needed among the Prodigal.
    > Most of the time they argue.
  • Every year they hold an annual commencement ball for brand new Prodigal members in the Pavilion.

The Overseer

The Leaders' Leader
No one really dares to go against the Overseer's will, even the Headmasters. The Overseer's information and her orders specifically go through the Arbiter only, and no other Headmaster has ever seen them in person - let alone their voice. The other Headmasters, will only yield to their demands and carry out said orders.

Specialists (Commandant Forces)

Prodigal Soldiers at its finest
Commandant Forces work with all Headmasters, but orders are typically made by the Commandant himself. But regardless, the Agents keep in touch with all the Headmasters at a Professional level.

The Administration

Their Eyes, their Ears
Administration Members regularly keep in contact with the Headmasters. A good portion of said members work under some of the Headmasters outside of the Prodigal - which relieves any trust issues set in place. Because Headmasters are so busy, it is up to the Administration members to help carry out orders.
