About

Frankenhounds (FH) are a closed-species design concept by Seucwi.
Frankenhounds is run by the Frankenhound Moderator (Mod) Team, who are listed on the front page.
All active Frankenhound designs are subject to the FH T.O.S.
The minimum age to join is at least sixteen (16) years old.

Ownership/Usage

Frankenhound designs can be acquired through MYO Slots, pre-existing FH designs, and Official Designs.
Designs obtained outside of above three methods are not permitted and will not be recognized as being part of FH.
Frankenhound AUs are permitted for existing designs.
Co-ownership of Frankenhound designs is not allowed.
Commercial use of Frankenhound designs and assets are not allowed.
Use of Frankenhound designs and assets for NFT (Non-fungible Tokens) and AI-related training are not allowed.
Unpermitted uses will result in blacklist/ban from the group.
Blacklisted/banned users will be removed from the masterlist, any Official Designs owned will be given back to the original designer.

Trading/Gifting/Re-selling

All trades/gifts/re-sales of MYO slots, MYO Designs, and Official Designs must be confirmed by the Frankenhound Mod Team.
Any such transactions made without the team’s approval will not be officiated, and ownership will not be transferred.
Repeated offenses will result in a blacklist.
Masterlist/Ownership changes should be made on Toyhou.se or Discord using the provided form.
Masterlist/Ownership changes can be made by the current owner or new owner.
Please check the masterlist before confirming any transactions.
If there are discrepancies in ownership or monetary value, please reach out to FrankenhoundOfficial so the FH Mod Team can
review said discrepancies and make sure your exchange is fair.
Any FH AU forms cannot be traded/gifted/re-sold separately from their original design.
The new owner should be made aware of the FH AU form and either agree to keep it or request the current owner to retire/deactivate the design (see "removing Designs" below).

Re-selling/Pricing Policy
Frankenhound Official designs and MYO designs cannot be re-sold for more than their value on the masterlist plus the value of additional commissioned art.
MYO Slots cannot be re-sold for more than their value on the masterlist.
The masterlist value of any FH design or slot is based on their sale/re-sale/mixed trade price.
The value of additional commissioned art will not be accounted for until a masterlist/ownership change is sent to the FH Mod Team.
Gravestones (GS) is not equivalent to currency. FH slots and designs acquired though GS cannot be sold for irl currency nor can GS be exchanged for irl currency.
Any traded/gifted slots and designs will have their value reset to $0.
Selling a free slot/design WILL result in blacklist and ban.
Frankenhound designs should not be traded/gifted/re-sold to blacklisted/banned members.
The group will not officiate any transfer to said individuals and such actions will result in a strike and further into a ban if repeated.

Official Designs and Designers

Frankenhound Official Designs/Adopts are subject to both the Frankenhound T.O.S. and the designer’s personal T.O.S.
Official Designs are made by the In-house Design Team (Tailors), Guest Designers (Sewists), and the FH Mod Team.
Tailors and Sewists are assigned and approved by the FH Mod Team.
The only permitted users able to create FH designs/adopts to sell are Tailors, GDs, and the FH Mod Team.
All Official Designers are subject to the FH Designer T.O.S.

Official Design/Adopt Policy

Payments for any adopt should be carried out in the timeframe you are given.
Chargebacks on purchases will result in a strike and re-opening of the adopt.
After purchasing an adopt, you must wait 24 hours to pass before bidding/claiming/offering on another adopt.
Repeated chargebacks or bid retractions will result in a blacklist and ban.

MYO Designs

You must have an MYO slot to make a FH design. Breaching this will result in confiscation of designs and blacklist+ban
MYO designs can be submitted to the TH world or Discord with the appropriate form filled out.
All MYO designs must be approved before they can be uploaded and used.
All revisions to MYO designs must be approved before they can be uploaded and used.
Re-designs that change more than 75% of the traits/overall design must use a Redesign ticket or slot of same rarity
A trait's rarity for re-designs can stay the same or be lower. However, the rarity of one trait cannot be transferred to another.

To make a pre-existing character into a Frankenhound, the designer must give permission; and proof of permission must be shown during MYO approval via link or embedded image.
A Frankenhound form of a character cannot be traded separately from the original design. The new owner must be aware of the Frankenhound form and either agree to keep it or retire/discard the FH design (see "Removing Designs" below).

Removing Designs

Only MYO designs can be retired from the Frankenhound masterlist.
Any MYO re-designs released for events by Official Designers or the FH Mod Team cannot be retired from the FH masterlist.
Deactivate: Deleting a design in it's entirety and no longer using it.
Retiring: Removing detached FH traits and changing the design into a humanoid or kemonomimi for further use.
Deactivation and Retiring can be done by contacting FrankenhoundOfficial.
Said design will be retired from the masterlist after requested changes are appoved by the FH Mod Team.
Any unchanged designs will remain as FH and will remain under the Frankenhound T.O.S.

How to properly reference: moodboard, multiple-referenced inspiration, and so forth.
Please ask the Frankenhound Mod Team FrankenhoundOfficial if the reference you are using is allowed.
