Helo! update on the species ^^ I wanted to say a happy new year and anniversary!
As said in the last newsletter, it has been decided that the species will retire and become an open species from now on.
The following is going to happen:
- - The server will remain up for memories and act as a community hub
- - The masterlist will now be inactive/not updated
- - Masterlist entries will be marked as hidden (you'll be unable to see)
- - Affiliation applications are closed
- - The toyhouse world will remain up for guides and lore
- - You are now allowed to make popuns without a slot and any rarity ^^ as well as make adopts
- - The popun Adopt, question, myo check, and design approval channels will be deleted.
- - You don't need to send in designs for approval/check-in
- - No events (prompt, myo, and guest artist applications
I wanted to thank you all again for understanding this decision, as its a very hard thing for me to let go, and I hope in the future I'll heal and return ^^
I'm forever grateful and, all in all, happy about how this species turned out at the end ^v^ and I hope you all made some friends along the way!
In addition, I want to state that I won't be handing down/selling this species. Please don't send me messages along those lines, as this species is too personal to me. Thank you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE As mentioned before, the Popunemytmi species is slowing down. In 2023, the species will officially come to an end, which means that it will no longer be active; there will be no more events, newsletters, or adopts, and it will become an open species. More information to be released at a later date Thank you for your continued support all this time! Helo! I thought it would be right to give an explanation as to why the species is closing down ^^ please know that it's not out of hate but to improve my mental health. I've been working on this species for a year, working on events, adopts, and the masterlist; so I think its time for me to move on as it's going to be my second year; I generally became disinterested in closed species; and unable to work on the species as I used to. I want to do more projects and not be tied to the "Popun owner" title forever, and since the event in July, I cannot look at the species the same, as it has worsened my depression and paranoia. Hopefully, you all understand where I'm coming from. ^^ It was wonderful working on this species, as it was my first time being a CS owner. This project not only helped me improve on my art, it also helped me have the confidence to talk to others - online and irl. I got to meet so many great people in this server, multiple people who dm me support and love, regulars in the server and the moderation team, and affiliates. I'd also like to thank, noicun/Mewruse the creator of Popuns, for giving my the chance to own this species; tho idk where you are now lol thank you so much :] I will now be working on my real life and new projects. Again thank you so much for supporting this species; I'm forever grateful. The species will now be an open species, |
