Closed species and Adopting
You cannot make your own Magii unless you use a MYO (make your own) ticket.
Closed species
Magii is a closed species first launched on deviantart in 2015. By closed species, we refer to the exclusive community. You cannot make your own 'Magii' unless via use of a MYO ticket. You can however make a canine with magical powers and sparkles- we don't copyright traits! Your creation will however not be considered a Magii and you will be unable to participate in this species events and community with them.
Masterlist
If you are familiar with the concept of a closed species, you will be no stranger to masterlists! A masterlist is used as an official record of ownership- this way you know the character you're receiving is legit and not an offbrand creation. Our species masterlist is hosted right here on our toyhouse world-hey you're already here, you're in luck! On a character profile you simply check the "Worlds" tab to the left and you should see our world icon if they're masterlisted. If not, feel free to join the world and invite them, or link their profile to us either by commenting on the world, instagram dms, or via the #list-updates channel on our discord server.
Inventory
The inventory tracks all of your obtained species items and currency. If you are a member of our discord server, your inventory will be tracked there. We recommend all users join our server where they can for optimised inventory tracking and an enhanced experience! Non-discord users have their inventory tracked via google sheets. It is your responsibility to let us know about any updates or username changes.
Adopts
The standard way to obtain a Magii is through purchasing an adopt designed by our staff or guest artists. Adopts are predominantly posted to our instagram and you can be notified when a new adopt is released via our discord server. Adopts are sometimes cross-posted to discord, as well as exclusives not found on instagram for members and server boosters only. Magii can be purchased for real, virtual or our species currency, as well as exchanged for art and ocs. Check the description carefully for what the creator is looking for!!

Stardust is the currency used in Arcadia to buy items to enhance your experience and sometimes, to purchase adopts.
Stardust
1 stardust is made up of 3 star fragments. Stardust is held in a pouch so the best way to remember the conversion is to imagine putting those 3 fragments into a pouch- you now have one whole stardust!
Although stardust has no actual monetary value, the conversion 1 stardust = $1/100 da points can be used as a reference point!
