The pride lives in the desert, in a kingdom they dubed in the name of Sacred Sands.This kingdom is known by many names, namely Silent Steppes and The Bone-Dry Emptiness but the pride that resides here, its known to them as the Sacred Sands. The landscape is unforgiveing and harsh, with rolling sand dunes, hidden wonders, hidden Oasis and the scorching bone dry heat, and the harsh sun. The pride makes their home within a large canyon. Building large structures like pyramids and temples to live in.
Slowly but surely their kingdom began to grow and the pride prospered. The sands are sacred. The sands are always on the move, strong and durable. Just like the pride here. They know this landscape like the back of their paw knowing when the rains may come, and where the different water sources are suitated.
During every full moon cycle the pride will travel towards the great water source known as the endless depths. The route is passed down trough genertations of Mwongozo wa Maji. This water source allows communication between the dead and living as well as the immortal and mortals.This rank directly translates to Water Guide. Just as the name states, their sole duty is to lead the pride to the sacred water source known as the endless depths.
A duty they were chosen to do, by thier Goddesses. Thier knowledge is passed on trough the previous Mwongozo wa Maji, and thier Goddesses. Water is their most precious resource. Its to be treasured and protected. Just like thier home and pride.
