Nima is the Desert Kingdom, ruled by Akanah, Guardian of the Desert. Its energy swirls and scorches, blowing about in what can either create a pleasant breeze or a sandstorm. Joy can be as pure as the bright sun or twist into delirious mirage.
Nima is almost completely made of desert, however plant life thrives in the Tamayo Oasis. The Emerald Cove is home to overseas trade, as materials are harvested in Colsun and exported for use in Nima or to Sheil, and also includes a rainforest habitat similar to that of the Sorren Islands. Otherwise, a very hot and dry climate.
Capital: Denkar
1) City: Harah
2) City: Isla
1) City: Sahnal
2) City: Karem
TOMAYO OASIS
- A haven away from the boiling heat of the Suera Desert, this area is the most densely populated in Nima. Closer to the lakes, it's even humid.
EMERALD COVE
- Center of trade, includes important ports and home to many merchants and sailors. There is also a more tropical area near the sea.
Denkar
- Capital of Nima. Inhabited by many wealthy royal families and bustling with activity. Merchants sell very high-end jewels, fabrics, exotic animals, etc. The weather is hot but bearable, and less dry than further into the desert. Closest to the lakes in the oasis, it is more tropical. Much of these nice areas are owned by the royalty.
1) Harah
- Very hot, this city is located in the desert. Many fine jewels are found in these sands. Pretty barren and not very densely populated.
2) Isla
- A bustling trade city. Many merchants, and a busy dock with ships that set off for the mainland. Very diverse, and less wealthy than Denkar. A lot of the resources sold in Denkar are found here.
1) Sahnal
- Found on the border with Sheil, this area is often a center of conflict between Niman thieves and Sheilian miners.
2) Karem
- This area is a lot less wealthy than Denkar, but a very fun place to live. There are frequent nighttime festivals with magicians, fireworks, and shows. The city is bustling with trade and shops.
Nima's culture revolves around business and markets, home to long trade routes and bustling bazaars. Those near the Oasis are able to afford luxury, while many are barely able to scrape by in nearby villages.
- Nima faces great tension with Sheil, as both fight for wealth, power, and resources. Thieves often make their way across the mountains to steal precious stones from Sheilian mines to sell on the market.
- Parties and nighttime festivals are popular, especially in the Tomayo Oasis. Fireworks, magicians, and shows are enjoyed by all.
- Wealthy royals also have their own personal shows.
- One resource that is unique to Nima is NAME, as it can be used to power robots. Made from crystalized energy, it can be mined in the mountains on Nima's side of the border with Sheil. Many resources are stolen from Sheil's side, however, which causes a lot of conflict.
- Nima is highly populated, and comes alive at night, like many of the creatures that live there. There are many festivals, fireworks, shows, and good food to be had after dark.
- On the Menah continent, Nima has built a portal to access the REALM NAME, a dimension left behind once it became overrun with Demons and Nightmares. There, scientists have access into the realm, where they can acquire rare materials, but leave people trapped there under their control. *needs a lot of editing, tba
- Rules are lax in Nima, and often, anything can go. Many areas aren't very safe to outsiders.
