Twispers do not have external genitalia, and thus don't require clothes, but they can wear them! If you enjoy crafting and sewing, clothing them if a fun thing to do, as you often have to make holes and such for their horns, tails, wings, and sometimes tummies. You can also pierce their ears, tails, horns, and sometimes wings, but that is not recomended as its dangerous and hinders their ability to fly (if they are capable of flying, that is). If you live in a cold place, clothes are a great idea!
