THE CURRENT SPECIES STATUS: MAKE YOUR OWN//OPEN

>Currently the species is roaming freely, breeding frequently, and often times even branching out to other star systems in search of new conquests and more .... fodder.

1. While I cannot force anyone to adhere to this, I prefer any official designs purchased by me to be sold separately as just a design outside of the excess art of said character. Rehoming the design does NOT require the art to be sold in a bundle with it. If someone wants the art you have as well, work that out on the side!
2. You may NOT make adopts of this species for your own gain unless given explicit permissions.
3. You must credit "Whitefeathersrain" under the REFERENCE image of your character. You DO NOT have to credit me every single image after!
4. If you purchase an official design from me that is intended to be a Gaytor, I respectfully ask you keep them to their original species! I cannot, however, enforce this rule.
5. Don't want your official design anymore? Feel free to let me know, I might be able to trade you art of a different/existing character in order to re-home the design myself! I genuinely don't mind and it helps me keep tabs on old favorites! This is of course not required.
6. You are free to give you drakator their own name, identity, story and world outside of their home planet in which to interact. [I.e. they don't have to perfectly adhere to cannon lore].
7. The content in which you feature your character is completely your business. Meaning, while males in the species can't lay eggs, you can still commission/draw them doing so, getting pregnant, having 7 arms. It won't be canon, but it's YOUR canon.
8. I have the right to use my official artwork/Designs to advertise as I need. JUST like regular commission content.
9. Those who do not like these rules or this species as is, are welcome to make their own fuzzy alligator dragons.
10. Anyone being a genuine anus about the species/toward me/my mods/ and so on may be banned from them.
11. Your drakator may identify as any gender you like.
12. Shaman's are specialized gaytors with intense elemental alignments, currently I've only ever made 1.
13. The species is MAKE YOUR OWN, meaning that while I do make adopt designs from time to time, people are welcome and open to make their own provided they follow species guidelines. You can go to someone else to make one, you can take an old design and turn it INTO one, you can make an Alternate Universe version of your fursona as a gaytor and so on.
