Key Character Rolls

BEING WORKED ON

On The Side of Eternal Darkness
Gunmar Lieutenant: NOT TAKEN
Gunmar's Lieutenant is the Troll who he relies on most. It's the lieutenant's job to get him out of the Darklands, but don't get too smug. Gunmar is more than happy to remind his lieutenant just how easy to replace they are.

Gunmar Advisor: NOT TAKEN
Gunmar's Advisor speaks to Gunmar from outside the Darkland's with a special orb. This troll keeps an eye on both Gunmar's Lieutenant and whoever the current head changeling spy is. He's not a particularly good fighter, but he's a great snitch. The only reason this troll is alive is because the other's know if they go missing, that Gunmar will likely become very suspicious and likely turn against the other two just to be safe. At least, if Gunmar himself didn't order it.

Head Changeling Spy: TAKEN
The Head Changeling Spy sadly changes quite often. They are the lowest ranked of the three key rolls, and are far more often by both Gunmar and the other's that if they fail they will be replaced.... And not in the "early retirement" sort of way. That means that this spy must be prepared at all times, make themselves diverse enough to be useful in multiple ways, and only make commitments they are certain they can follow through on. Failure is rarely an option, at least not unless you have a convenient scape goat.

====
Merlin's Troll Hunters
Troll Hunter Guardian: TAKEN
The Guardian is often times the leader and has the ability to use the abilities of all the other troll hunter classes. How proficient they are in those classes depends on how often they train in them. Jack of all trades, but rarely the master of any. Their default weapon is a sword but can be changed to any other class's weapon.

Troll Hunter Knight: NOT TAKEN
The Knight is the defender of the group. They use a hammer and shield to protect their fellow hunters as well as unarmed civilians that get pulled into battle. Knight's have a tendency to be rally and support the other Knights, going to where they need them to be to be the most effective.

Troll Hunter Ranger: NOT TAKEN

Troll Hunter Rogue: NOT TAKEN

Troll Hunter Mage: NOT TAKEN

Troll Hunter Shadow Mage: NOT TAKEN
This class wasn't originally planned by Merlin, they were a happy little accident--- Or were they? After the first TH Shadow Mage turned against their fellow Troll Hunters, they rarely work well with the group. Rather it be the biases of the other Troll Hunter Classes, or just having conflicting belief's, they rarely get along. That's not to say that they've never helped, it's just mostly been by themselves. It's a new era though, who knows? Things could change.
