general rules!

• Ware-Jomyus are an open species, which means you don't need any MYO slots or permission to make your own!
• This group is solely and exclusively for Ware-Jomyu characters. You can't post other species or unrelated designs here! This also includes the doctors who create them, unless said doctor is Ware-Jomyu themself.
• You don't need to own a Ware-Jomyu in order to participate in the species or join our discord server / TH world!
• Must be 13 years old or older to join.
• Ware-Jomyus made to promote hateful speech or offensive stereotypes agaisnt any race, culture, etc. will not be tolerated and will most likely result in a ban / blacklist.
• Please refrain from showing / talking about heavy or commonly triggering topics in Ware-Jomyu spaces. You will get a warning for this, depending on the situation.
• Be respectful to all members & non-members of the species.
• All content shared in the server or / and TH world (public spaces) must be pg-13 and cannot contain any blacklisted / not safe for work material.

etiquette & banned material!

• We do not tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic and / or transphobic speech, jokes, imagery, etc. Any usage will result in a ban or / and a permanent blacklist.
• We do not tolerate the harrasment of other members over their designs.
• Do not trace / copy or get heavily inspired by any Ware-Jomyu designs or anyone's character / art (in and out of the species). This will result in a warning, depending on the insistence with which it is done. Continuous or incessant offenses will result in a public ban / blacklist.
• We do not allow characters based on already existing media such as "kinsonas", "dekudogs", etc., as per general toyhouse (Rule 5.1.) & copyright rules. inspiration is fine, however it cannot be an 1=1 (exactly the same character) in terms of design.
• You are not allowed to use slurs in public spaces, even if you can claim these, nor display images containing such (this includes any racial slurs or / and lgbtq+ slurs).
• Sharing or supporting scandalous content / media is strictly prohibited, both in the world and discord, including Ware-Jomyu designs. We refer to scandalous content as the following:
  • Racism
  • Incestuous
  • l*li / sh*ta (p*dophiliac / underage nsfw)
  • Hateful content / speech
  • Fascist
  • General proshipping and map media.
  Sharing any type of content / media that supports and / or contains anything from this list will guarantee an immediate blacklist.

designs t.o.s!

• Harassing a member or artist over a design will not be tolerated.
• Co-owning is allowed only between two people.
  • If there are personal problems between co-owners, don't bring species mods into it. Co-own with a friend, not a stranger!
• Please always look at the designer's TOS aswell.
• You are not allowed to co-own, trade or gift any Ware-Jomyu to a blacklisted user. Knowing this & said user being blacklisted will result in you being blacklisted aswell.
• There is no need for appraisal, you can resell your design for it's base value + any added commission / personal art it has.
• If you catch anyone reselling an Ware-Jomyu for more than their value is set, let the staff know as soon as possible!
