foxtopi have the ability to transform into a standing form. at the moment, there are 3 types of standing forms, kitsune-type, kumiho-type, and huli jing-type.
standing forms do not have to be human, they can be furry as well!
KITSUNE TYPE
kitsune type foxtopi are any foxtopi with one or more tails.
while they can retain certain foxtopus traits such as ears, eyes, and tails, while in their human forms, they lean toward disguising themselves completely as humans to better fit in with human society.
KUMIHO TYPE
kumiho type foxtopi are exclusive to the legendary 9 tail trait.
they are able to either disguise themselves perfectly as human or retain any foxtopus related feature on their body.
kumiho types tend to keep both sets of ears as well as their fox feet in human form, since they are less concerned with fitting in with human society.
unlike kitsune types, they have a second mouth usually an octopus beak placed on their stomach, though it can be changed to other mouths and placed elsewhere (such as the back or chest) with an ikawasa item.
HULI JING TYPE
huli jing type are an event exclusive type of foxtopus.
they are the spirits of foxtopus that force another living being's soul out of their body.
thought they can have any amount of tails and have no specific alignment, their foxtopus features are more transparent and ghostly than living foxtopi. they also come with a little foxtopus ghost!!
in feral form they still appear as a fox
