[ General ]
- The Golden Rule of thumb is to treat both moderators and members with the same respect you'd expect of someone else. Begging, whining, and harassment of any capacity will not be tolerated. If there is conflict between yourself and another member, please ask for a moderator to step in and mediate the situation.
- Capsule-Mon is a PG-13 group and as such is accessible by a younger audience. Any comments or submissions that depict excessive swearing, gore, mutilation, drugs, alcohol, or sexual content is not allowed.
- Be conscious of sensitive topics. We strive to be a welcoming and inclusive community, and the last thing we want is to make someone feel uncomfortable or even unsafe.
- Scamming will result in an immediate ban from the group. Be mindful of member inventories when trading/selling and report anything suspicious to a moderator.
- The moderator team is comprised solely of volunteers who choose to dedicate their free time to Capsule-Mon. That being said, we ask that you show them patience and, most importantly, kindness. There are times when the moderator team cannot always be available or mistakes are made when it comes to inventory management; they are, after all, only human, and will strive to do the best they can!
- If you change your username, please let the moderator team know so that we can update your inventory accordingly!
[ Submissions ]
- There is a no tolerance rule for tracing that will result in an immediate ban from the group. We encourage members to come to the moderation team if they notice any submissions that break this rule, as all submissions must either be your original work or work done specifically for you.
- Profiles MUST be filled out appropriately using the format in [Reference Guide] for activities that require it i.e. levels/currency and breeding. This is to assure that the proper Pokemon in inventory gives and receives the correct items, levels, or information.
- If you are part of the Capsule-Mon Discord, make sure to utilize #design-help if you are unsure whether a Pokemon will pass an approval check.

- Do not spam chat. This typically refers to multiple messages and/or images sent one after another with no context behind them.
- Do not tag moderators for the sake of tagging. This should only be done when you require genuine assistance.
- Do not try to mass ping a particular role. @everyone is turned off by default.
- Conversation should be relevant to the channel. You will be asked to move to the correct channel or to divert your conversation to DMs.
- Please make sure you are following the guidelines for each individual channel. This information will be available either in pinned messages or the channel description.
- All questions pertaining to the group, server, or otherwise need to be asked in the #questions channel. This will prevent moderators from missing anything important.
