Wow...First off, I just want to thank you all so much for all the support so far for this species. I never expected so many people to be interested, and the free MYO event isn't event over yet! We already have almost 50 members here. I am stunned and so so ecstatic to have you all here and to see what all lovely designs you come up with for your MYO Slots. I feel humbled and so appreciative. I hope you all are as excited as I am!
On that note, given we've had such fast growth already...I'm getting a little overwhelmed! It's a good thing, but also something I didn't anticipate. I planned on looking for some staff members at some point, but never thought I'd need to this quick. Again, this is a welcome surprise! So, here we are!
I am looking for team members to help me run a few things. Staff membership is casual and relaxed. You will be able to leave at any time if you wish and will not be upheld to unrealistic expectations. The Cutise community is aimed to be a fun and creative place, and I would love to have you along for the ride.
Open positions include:
- toyhouse world mods (closed)
- discord server mods (closed)
- permanent guest artists (closed
You can apply for more than one! Depending on applications mods might be able to cross over (one person being a mod in both places). Further explanations of each position will be outlined below. For each position, you will be compensated!
- mods will be given 1 free MYO slot per month
- guest artists will be given either 1 MYO slot per month, or allowed to keep 1 design from their adopts that month
Role Explanations
Toyhouse World Mods
- Will be given Moderator role
- Will be listed on the front page as staff
- Get first look and such on adopts
- Will be expected to:
- help answer DMs/comments
- help approve MYO submissions
- monitor q&a forums
- help with MYO events
- Optional duties (not required but would be great if you were able to help)
- help code front page/website
- help with species event planning
- help with advertising group events and adopts
- some sort of mod experience appreciated but not necessary
- sometimes we will have "Mod Adopts" events where mods can make Cutise adopts in a big batch and sell them. so if you have art experience, it's a bonus
Discord Mods
- Will be given Moderator role in Discord/th
- Will be listed on the front page as staff
- Will be expected to:
- help create and build discord server
- post announcements and updates in the server
- monitor the server and members
- answer any questions server members have
- must have experience with discord and preferably managing servers
- some sort of mod experience appreciated but not necessary
- Optional duties (not required but would be great if you were able to help)
- add bots and fun things like that to the server
- make the server look nice
Permanent Guest Artists
- Will be listed on the front page as staff
- Will be given moderator role to seperate
- Will be allowed to design UP TO 4 Cutise adopts per month (Common unless permission is given otherwise)
- Will keep all profits made from the adopts
- Will be expected to:
- create at least 1 adopt somewhat regularly (no real time limit or punishment if you don't make any for a bit, life happens!)
- help advertise and expand the species with their designs
- work with other permanent guest artists sometimes
- have art and design experience
- Optional duties (not required but would be great if you were able to help)
- help with advertising group events and adopts
